We came from Australia and were visiting the city when we searched for a mosque to pray. We ended up at this mosque, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we had some bags with us, and one of the staff members started yelling at us and was very disrespectful. I tried to ask if he spoke English, but all he said was “no English, no English,” while being rude. Inside the mosque he was even cursing, which is completely unacceptable in a place of worship. This was a terrible experience. We expected respect and kindness, but instead we faced arrogance and hostility. Very disappointing.
