The shop may be a bit chaotic at first, but if you know where to look, you can easily find what you're looking for. Got some great figurines for less than half of the original price. The owner himself was also really helpful and kind. I really hope shopping from the website will go well. I really do recommend going to the shop yourself or visiting the website!

0/5. 2 orders placed on their site, 2 cancelled. Both were for dragonball tcg. One order gets cancelled because “pricing was wrong”. Second order gets cancelled because “out of stock”. Customer support is not existent. Stay away!! Update: after more than a month, they still have my money and seems like I wont get them back. SCAM stay away from this store

Possibly the best anime figurine shop in Paris, don’t sleep on it. I was so surprised to find figurines that usually I only find online at competitive prices. This place has an incredible selection you won’t find anywhere else in Paris

I placed a pre-order for the high-demand Riftbound Spiritforged booster box (release Feb 13, 2026). While this product is sold out globally, this site continues to list massive quantities available—a major red flag for 'ghost stock' or unfulfillable orders. My attempts to contact them for allocation confirmation were met with a generic automated response claiming their online entity is 'independent' from their physical Paris store, effectively shielding them from providing any actual customer service or contact information. Numerous recent reviews suggest online orders are rarely fulfilled and emails are ignored. I have now issued a 24-hour ultimatum for a refund before initiating a formal bank chargeback and reporting the site to the DGCCRF (French Fraud Protection). Avoid this site. They are happy to take your money but refuse to prove they have the stock or a functional support team.

Unfortunately I have to give it a 1 star, I'm now 44 emails deep and 18 months later and still waiting on my Funko PoP. I've ordered it last year, pre-order date was extended with 8 months then stated on the website. Once shipped the tracking number didn't worked on the website of the shipping agency, later got a message that the order was returned to sender. Ever since then in contact but to no result, only that I can get it resend for 15 euros for a product that itself 15 euro cost, whilst the normal shipping for the product is 5 or 6 euro. Please check the other reviews that were found useful, all of them 1 star.

Went in just to look and they had exactly what I wanted but didn’t know that I wanted it! They spoke English as well and were kind! Large collection of buttons too!
