Rooms are small and cramped. Despite them having AC installed, the lowest temp available is 19°C, the cool air is barely noticable and the rooms feel stuffy if the outside temp is higher 24°C. Breakfast is quite poor and there isn't a lot to choose from. Once some kind of dish/food runs out, the employees does not fill it out like you'd expect them to in every hotel with a Swedish table. Additionally, the outside tables are dirty and if asked to clean them up, you're provided with a towel and you can clean them up yourself. That includes ashtrays with cigs pouring out and dirty cups. The staff is overall lazy and they are not quick to offer help, except for two lovely ladies that work at the bar in the evenings. They served us cups of tasty coffee and great beer right after. In summary, if you're desperate and need to stay at a hotel last-minute, this one is bearable enough for 2-3 nights.

The rooms had everything we needed with adjoining family rooms and tea and coffee. Beds were very comfy. Could have been cleaner as there were stains on the wall, curtains and bathroom. Some repair work needed e.g. door handles were broken. But cannot fault service, everyone including house keeping and on front desk were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good croissants and crepes. We regret its a bit far from the city centre and could take up to an hour everyday to see the main sites. The metro is not close so we ended up using bolt which was very pricey. Overall comfy and friendly hotel but not the most convenient.

Quiet location, but have everything you need in a hotel. Spacious compared to other room type in Paris.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. No issues or complaints. Would definitely stay again.

The room was pretty clean, the floor could be slightly cleaner but overall okay! near a bustop in which a bus takes you to the arc de triumph.

Very disappointing stay. The elevator was broken when we arrived, and after checking other reviews, it seems it has been out of order for a long time with no effort to fix it. We had to carry our own heavy luggage up the stairs. The room was extremely dirty, dusty, and even had insects. The coffee station was messy and clearly not cleaned. The shower was decent, but the overall cleanliness and service were terrible. Not recommended.

Will give 5 start only to the staff but the service was not good. The room service didn't clean the room. We stayed for 3 days and no cleaning was done. Only the washroom was topped up with new towels. We requested to get the room cleaned but still nothing. The bathroom exhaust was not working, there was no hair dryer, some of the lights in the room were not working. The breakfast was ok. Didn't had much options and the timings were not suitable as we started with kids and the breakfast finished at 9 which was difficult to manage. There was no phoelne to call for room service. The room door was so noisy that it woke up our little one twice if anyone would enter or exit the room. The bathroom sink was clogged.

Acceptable cleanliness, the bathtub was not very clean. But overall the hotel is chill
