We booked a private desert safari tour with Ammar Tours, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Our guide, Hashim, did a fantastic job — he picked us up from our hotel right on time and took great care of us throughout the day. We had a blast riding camels, quad bikes, and cruising through the desert dunes in a 4x4 SUV. We also got to take pictures with a falcon and try sandboarding, which was a lot of fun. They kept us hydrated the entire time and took plenty of photos for us using our phones, so you don’t have to worry about missing any moments. I highly recommend going with a private tour — you’ll still see other groups around, but you’ll have your own dedicated guide focused just on your experience. Truly one of the highlights of our Dubai trip!

15:09/2025 - Today we did the camel ride, quad bike ride, dune bashing and dune surfing with Ammar Tours. The day was absolutely incredible, the team were amazing and all worked really hard to make the day special. Unfortunately I didn’t get our drivers name, but he was also amazing. There are a couple points to pick up on: 1) The provided pick up time from our hotel to the first activity had been arranged for anywhere from 8am onwards. However we received a text to say the driver was ready at 07:20 outside the reception of our hotel. 2) When it came to the quad bikes, there was almost no explanation on how to ride / steer. So if you had never ridden one before, it showed to be difficult. Overall an absolutely incredible experience and would recommend. 10/10

Activities and the Team were incredible. Especially our guide Hashim! Amazing quality driving and just all round wonderful person. Such a good sense of humour and very kind. Picking us up at our address and brought us home with the best care.

We did the desert safari in Dubai today and it was an amazing experience! Our guide, Majid Khan, was extremely professional and attentive from start to finish. He contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm all the details, and we arranged the meeting point. He arrived right on time with a modern, clean, and fully equipped car for the safari. As soon as we got in, he checked our vouchers, offered us water, and explained how our day would go. The first stop was at a support station with a small shop and basic facilities. There, he guided us through everything we needed to know about the quadbikes and accompanied us during the activity. After that, we went on an exciting 4x4 ride through the desert dunes — he drove safely while still making the ride super fun! Then we did sandboarding, and he was always nearby, making sure we were okay and offering water whenever needed. Along the way, he also took several photos of us, always offering to capture the best moments of the adventure, which made everything even more special. We ended the day at a well-structured desert camp, where we watched three live shows, had coffee, and enjoyed a delicious barbecue. Throughout the entire experience, Majid Khan remained attentive and made sure we were having a great time. In the end, he dropped us back at our hotel with the same kindness and care he showed from the beginning. I highly recommend this tour with him — it was one of the best experiences we had in Dubai!

What a fun experience! Lots of activities but didn’t feel rushed. Had plenty of time for photos. Mahmood is an excellent driver. He kept us safe and excited during the dune bashing. Definitely don’t skip the ATV driving. Pro tip - Bring your scarf to cover your head, nose and mouth unless you want to spend $8 buying one at the place. Also, close your mouth when sand boarding. Found this out the hard way. Lol

That was a wonderful experience! Our driver, Muhamad Faiq Khan, was amazing — very professional yet friendly. He kept in touch with us throughout the trip, and everything went smoothly. The sand drive was incredible, far beyond our expectations! We got an unforgettable experience at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend this company to get a desert safari. Abbas is a great tour guide, and a cool guy. We had a great experience on the desert with him.
