My stay at Bulgari Hotel Paris was a markedly different experience. The location is excellent, well positioned yet discreet. From the moment of arrival, the service dynamic was noticeably authentic. The staff felt genuinely happy to be there. There was visible camaraderie among the team that did not feel manufactured. It felt natural. The bellmen in particular stood out. They were engaging, relaxed, and consistently pleasant to encounter when entering or leaving the hotel. The interactions felt effortless rather than choreographed, which significantly elevated the overall atmosphere. I stayed during the Christmas season, and the energy of the property reflected that timing. The bar and lounge area was genuinely a vibe. The music, the crowd, and the rhythm of the space created momentum. It felt socially alive and well calibrated, something many luxury hotels struggle to achieve. There was warmth and movement without losing refinement. The suite itself was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. That said, I did feel it was priced aggressively relative to its size. While the materials and detailing were strong, the spatial offering did not entirely align with the rate positioning. From a value perspective, it felt slightly stretched. Where the suite truly excelled was in the bathroom experience. The iconic Bulgari Serpenti glass art piece anchors the space beautifully and reinforces the brand’s identity without feeling decorative for the sake of it. The Toto system was a thoughtful touch, and the shower in particular was a real highlight. The water pressure, enclosure design, and overall execution made something routine feel genuinely elevated. The towels were notably high quality, and the bed sheets also stood out. Comfort in both bathing and sleeping was properly executed. This hotel is a true 5 star+++ .. my husband and I had a quick one night stay while in Paris. The attention to detail from Margaux checking us in and out to Natasha the host at the restaurant and her bright smile & not to forget Dameon at the door. He was so friendly and welcoming always willing to go the extra mile. They are amazing employees of the hotel and I am looking forward to my trip back in October. I casually mentioned my favorite cocktail at check in and the staff had them delivered to our room after our massage treatments. Our masseuse two ladies and unfortunately I forgot their names were absolutely amazing! My husband and I felt so welcomed and at home at the hotel. My stay at the Bulgari Hotel Paris was simply incredible. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive and truly world-class. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining elegance and comfort in a way that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The Bulgari Bar is an absolute highlight , amazing cocktails, a great atmosphere and impeccable service. The restaurant experience was equally memorable, with outstanding Italian cuisine and a wonderful team. Every detail is carefully thought through, making the whole stay feel very special. Without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Paris. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve visited from London and I must say it was an amazing experience at Bvlgari Paris. From the location closed to champs-elysees, to the rooms, gym facilities, sauna,pool.. everything is part of the package. What I liked the most to be honest was the bar and restaurant atmosphere - where I had a meeting with a client - and the service was beyond the standards, and an special mention to Guilherme who went extra mile accommodating our requests and the recommendations he shared, all spot on. We have stayed many times and for extended periods as a couple and as a young family. The team are first class and concierge is incredible led by Bastien. When not staying at the hotel the staff still extend hospitality and courtesies whenever we are in Paris. A truly memorable hotel in a city of choices.

My stay at Bulgari Hotel Paris was truly exceptional and easily one of the best luxury hotel experiences I have had in Paris. The property itself is stunning and reflects the true meaning of luxury hospitality. The suite we stayed in was absolutely amazing. It was very spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with advanced technology that made the stay incredibly comfortable. Every detail in the room reflected elegance, sophistication, and the signature Bulgari style. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the level of service. The hospitality at Bulgari Paris is simply top-notch. The team goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. As we were staying during the month of Ramadan and fasting, we needed to have breakfast very early in the morning. The butler team arranged a full breakfast for us around 5 a.m., which was incredibly thoughtful and perfectly organized. They also kindly arranged dates and everything needed for breaking the fast, which made the experience even more special and comfortable for us. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the wonderful lady butler who assisted us that night, but she was extremely kind, professional, and made sure everything was arranged perfectly in our room with great care and timing. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. A special thank you as well to Eva for coordinating everything so smoothly and ensuring that our stay was flawless. Bulgari Hotel Paris truly represents world-class luxury, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. It is without a doubt one of the finest hotels in Paris, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city.
