Took the family. Had a blast. Got early if you want to beat the craziness of hundreds of people pushing and shoving to get to the lift bar. If you take your own board or skis, they WILL be stepped on and scuffed by people there in line to get on the lift. No respect by others. Customer service, food, and prices are great.

We had a great first experience at Snow World Amneville. We booked a time slot through the website, turned up, and the very friendly and helpful staff directed us to our entrance, equipment, and the slopes. For my beginner-level family, the magic carpet and beginner slope were excellent. I was very impressed with the gentleman who looked after this lift. He was kind and patient with everyone, and worked VERY HARD. We skied for two hours, and then sat and had a little food. Overall, we went at a time when it wasn't too busy, and we all had a great time.

I decided to take my kids here to teach them skiing/snowboarding, which was a good choice because it was not crowded at all and there is a nice, mellow bunny hill for beginners. I took advantage of a spring sale with half off tickets which definitely made it worth the hour and a half drive. When the kids needed a break, they played on the sledding hill with sleds which are provided free of charge, and I rode the bigger piste. The snow is not excellent but it's not bad and at least it's not icy. I enjoyed the terrain park which has some jumps and rails. We ate pizza for lunch. Three pizzas and two Fantas cost €45! But I guess that's normal now. The pizza was of a high quality, a good size, and very tasty. Everyone was friendly and helpful to me, even though I speak no french. We all had a pretty good time and I will return.

Easy process to book online. Great rental prices. Very strict with the amount of time to be skiing. You will be charged extra per minute if you past your agreed time. It happened, spent 15-20 minutes in line just to go up in the lift due to the ski school students going in front of the line.

NEVER GO HERE. READ REVIEW! Understand, I paid for an eight hour day. Arrived very early and only stayed for 3 hours before leaving in anger and disappointment. This will be an in depth review broken down into four sections: 1. Facilities 2. Customer Service 3. Food 4. Slopes. 1. Facilities The main area is large with four separate sections: 1. Snack Lounge 2. Bier Stub 3. Restaurant 4. Rental/Changing Area. Snack Lounge While this area looked decent with a wide expanse and seating for around 80-100 people. It only had a few small tables near windows that faced the slopes with seating for four to six people and several smaller huts that each had two tables that sat four to six people as well. Bier Stub This area was large and well taken care off. Looked like it had the capacity to seat 100-150 people and a dance floor. It faced the parking lot and it’s bar area was not impressive. Restaurant This area was large and well taken care of. It appeared to seat 100 people and faced out to the longest of the two slopes. Rental/Changing Area It was expansive and the changing rooms had enough room to bring all of you clothing bags, to include your snowboard, if you wanted too. They did not appear to have been cleaned whatsoever. There was personal item storage that only costed 2 euro for 8 hours. The storage was only 40cm x 40cm x 60cm (L x W x H). Bathrooms Absolutely disgusting. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever and some the toilets even had locks on them because they were out of service. Only cold water from the tap and there was not even soap to wash my hands with or paper towels to dry them. There was only an air dryer that barely worked in the corner with stalactites of disgusting grey that hung down from it and pooled up on the floor beneath it. Overall: 1 (Smelled like rancid throw up throughout the largest area) 2. Customer Service This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Employees flat ignored me with the exception on

Visited on a thursday evening, it was very quiet and there was no wait. The ski run was almost empty despite it being in the autumn holidays. The entry fee was a bit high (payed 36 euros for 2h) even without renting gear. I brought my own gear. Temperature was -5 to -7°C. I enjoyed it very much though, the snow is great, a little bit icy but that is great training for a ski trip to the alps. The ski run also has a good length compared to other ski halls. I managed to do 22 runs in those 2h. Also sadly I had to dodge a few tiny pepples on the snow that might scratch the skis. There is only a button lift to get up, its easy to use (though beginners might struggle). Toilets were ok but like mostly in France, not the cleanest. Had a good leffe beer after skiing.

Nice place to learn how to ski, but unexpectedly, it was very cold inside. Edit January Too much people, waiting 15-20 minutes in queue. Quality the slopes very poor, a lot of ice.

The piste is long and great, it has multiple jumps, a box and two tubes to grind. There's a smaller piste to the side for beginners too. There's also a great deal for a four hour pass after 16h. The toilets however were not very clean and the lift can take some time if there's many people.
