It’s a very good experience to visit bymycar noisy le sec. Very friendly and kind staff. Johanna Administrative staff very kind and friendly I not well in French but she handled me very well and organised my vehicle delivery very well. On that delivery intern staff Tatiana very kind and smiling face I really happy on that delivery thank you for everything.

By far the worse BMW service that I have visit in Europe, I have enter to 3 different areas with In the same building and in all of them no one cares about customers entering the attention area, in the service there was 4 person all of them talking between them and only when we were 4 customers waiting they have decided to ask me what I need it!!! Then he did not offer me the service to top up my oil (what I need it) he was only concern about to push me out quickly! So I have to go to aftermarket sales of parts to buy the oil and top up my self (does not bother me to do it)clearly not customer or service oriented. In the parts department was a bit more fast and kind! But basically I have enter 3 different areas before and no one cares! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, I’m a fan of BMW and aftermarket service is one of the reasons for it but clearly this place is the exception.

I went in search of a specific user car I found on their website. I also confirmed about it's availability on phone. But they were unable to track the car when we reached there. We had to wait more than an hour before they confirmed the car will be available only the week after.

I was broken down on the way back to London. Mohammed Razi managed to expedite a diagnosis and repair, excellent service.
