Upon entering, seller 1 heard us speak Dutch and did not know how quickly to make a phone call. He completely ignored us and didn't even bother to greet us. Walk past us while calling. Very customer unfriendly! Seller 2 entered the store from the back, was shocked by us Dutch people and did not know how quickly he had to leave the store through the back door, even without greeting us! These gentlemen made no effort to speak to us and clearly had no sense in Dutch customers. These gentlemen probably can't or didn't dare to speak English and were afraid of us. If I employed such unfriendly and receptive staff, there would be a tough conversation with active training following. This is disrespectful, unkind, unnecessary and harmful to the company. You shouldn't want this behavior in your store! Unacceptable.
