We had a two week charter of a Bavaria yacht from Port Grimaud. It was more than a year old but had only 25 engine hours. The cooker and fridge still had thd manufacturer's packing on them. We soon discovered that this yacht had not been properly prepared or equipped for our sailing. Having reached the Porquerolles we were forced to change our plans and turn back to Cavalaire so that the charter company could bring us some of the basic equipment that was missing. We had no liferaft, only one fire extinguisher (which was loose), unmarked anchor chain, all sail control ropes not labelled and secured in the cockpit etc etc. The UK agency was embarrassed by our long list of issues but Arcadie Plaisance continued to insist that this was all completely normal and their standard practice. Having chartered more than 20 yachts in the past, this was our worst experience by a very, very long way.

Boat was good. Check-in experience was also fine. They charged me for damaged windlass, while I discovered it from previous charter. Explanations didn't help.

In 2023, we chartered via a German agency) a Beneteau 45 in Port Grimaud. The yacht was locally operated by Arcadie Plaisance. Everything went well and the boat was in perfect condition and we had a pleasant week. The contact with Arcadie Plaisance was very friendly and we were sure having found the partner for our long trip (2 months) planned in 2024. At the end of the summer 2023 the contract was fixed and all the communication over the next months was a pleasure. In the meanwhile we are back and all we can say: the best partner we could choose. Whenever we needed assistance (we had 2 minor issues in the first week) we were helped immediately and we never had to wait until a solution was found. The yacht (Dufour 450 GL) was perfectly prepared and except the two issues at the beginning, we had not a single problem over the following weeks. Thanks a lot for the friendly support of Alexandra and her whole team, helping to make this trip to un unforgettable holiday. The return of the boot was perfectly managed and very professional (we made other experiences). For us it is the perfect partner and how the French say: jamais deux sans trois. Harald

Pas terrible : bateau pas prêt bien que non loué la semaine précédente (prop d'étrave HS, éclairages compas HS, pas de feu de hune, jauge carburant HS...) bateau de 10 ans en paraissant 30 ... Manifestement le concept de maintenance et entretien leur a complétement échappé. Je ne recommande pas, ni aux propriétaires, ni aux locataires. En reponse : je vous ai remis les indications farfelues de cette jauge relevées lors du plein final, je vous invite à les communiquer aux futurs (courageux) locataires.

Super journée. Location d'un bateau pour 7 personnes semi rigide avec bouée de traction au coeur du port de grimaud. Personnel super cool et vraiment très très sympa. Que du bonheur pour tous. N'hésitez pas à vous faire plaisir.

En tant que propriétaire d'un DUFOUR 390 tout neuf, nous venons d'arriver chez Arcadie Plaisance pour en assurer la Gestion-Location, après plusieurs saisons passées chez un autre prestataire avec notre précédent bateau et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. La Qualité de Service donnée par les 3 frères qui gère Arcadie Plaisance, et en particulier celle de Corentin, en charge des voiliers monocoques, est en toute sincérité, exceptionnelle, et dans un état d'esprit très convivial. En effet, en plus de bénéficier d'un contrat très clair, de règles et de tarifs qui le sont également, l'attention portée à notre bateau, l'anticipation des besoins, et l'approche de l'entretien, du nettoyage et des aspects hôteliers (couchages, vaisselle,...) est très professionnelle, contribuant à un confort ainsi qu'à une absence de stress, tant pour nous que pour nos futurs locataires. Enfin, la localisation de leur base, sur l'île de la Désirade, présente des avantages indéniables : le bassin de navigation idéal, des commerces à proximité, une bonne protection pour notre voilier dans les cas de mauvais temps, et un charme incomparable. Une Société et une Base recommandable.

Hatte die Beneteau 48 IOS III. Obwohl schon 9 Jahre alt, ein sehr professionelle gewartetes Boot. Man merkt, hier sind Segler am Werk. Professionelle Übergabe und sehr genaue checkout Überprüfung. Finde ich gut, dass hier genau gearbeitet wird. Marina ebenfalls ok. Chef und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Top. Empfehlung für Segler, die gewohnt sind, mit einem Boot sorgfältig umzugehen. 👍
