Air conditioning didn't work in the room, which was very hot, so a poor night's rest ahead of a long drive the next day. A more minor thing, the reading light by the bed wasn't working. I complained to reception in the morning but was just told "sorry". The hotel shares reception and eating facilities with the cheaper Premiere Classe hotel, but I hoped that paying more for the Kyriad would mean a better standard of room with things like air conditioning and lights working, but I was disappointed. Is it really necessary to ask as a special request ahead of arriving to have a room with working facilities?

The rooms are ok. Toilets smells of urine and not cleaned. It is cheap for a night's stay. Air con is horrible and does not work. You get what you paid for. Don't come during the summer. The rooms will be hot.

Not the best hotel but it’s still a good one. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a week if you’re gonna explore France but only for 1 night (like all the other reviews) our room was not so good cleaned sadly, and we didn’t have a thingy to close the door shut. But yuh, I slept pretty good ngl🔥🔥🔥 The food (breakfast) was good but not great :| (Forgot to mention this but the shampoo bottle was empty😔)

This is a motel outside of Lyon. Kyriad and Premiere classe share the same reception. Upon checkin you get a piece of paper with a code to enter your room (no card or keys required). The place is simple and relatively clean. It is a good place to stop and sleep if you are traveling and need a pit stop. Pros: free parking, air conditioning, fridge and microwave, close to the highway Cons: Feels a bit dodgy, no tea or coffee making facility in the room.

Value for money...rooms clean, I was at the back...looks a little old and tired. Great restaurant just out of gates, easy walk

Mold horrible smell all over the building because of molded dirty carpets, rundown dirty hotel, breakfast with no protine minmum things and bad coffee, room wall full of mold

Rooms are big and spacious. It had a additional bunk beds.

Der was mold on the wall and there was stuff in the fridge
