We booked this hotel as an all-inclusive family holiday, and it was one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. The room was only suitable for sleeping and nothing more. The bathroom was in a terrible state: the shower was broken, and the toilet area was so cramped that it was uncomfortable for an adult to use. The carpet was thick with dust and felt extremely dirty. There was no kettle, no complimentary tea or coffee, and not even bottled water in the room. We had to spend extra money buying our own basic refreshments. The so-called all-inclusive package was completely misleading. Breakfast was exactly the same every single morning with absolutely no variety. The only fruit provided was canned peaches and pears, and even those appeared spoiled. There was often just one packet of bread available for everyone in the dining room, which was nowhere near enough. Tea and coffee were seemingly hidden away, and were not offered at lunch or dinner. Lunch and dinner were equally appalling. The food selection was extremely limited, repetitive, and lacked any proper flavour. The only condiments available were ketchup and mayonnaise. There were no proper sauces, no variety, and no consideration for families with children. The food was so poor that we had to buy meals outside every day because our children refused to eat what was being served. Advertising this as “all-inclusive” is highly deceptive. There was no choice, no quality, and no value for money. Our children were deeply disappointed, and the entire holiday was negatively affected by the hotel’s poor standards. I would strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. It is poorly maintained, the food is unacceptable, and the all-inclusive offering is nothing more than a misleading marketing claim.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel. I agree with other travellers that it is more in line with a hostal. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty. The bathroom ceiling has open slats which you can see all the pipes. The food in the dining room was awful and the female waiting staff member very rude. Kicked the kitchen door constantly to open it and on our first night started sweeping the floor when we were eating. We had a set menu as we were in a group and although I had previously advised that I did not eat meat, no alternatives were given only the meat removed from my serving. After the second night and after much persuasión, an omelette was made much to the disgust of the rude female waiting staff. I do not recommend staying in this hotel as they are many more hotels in the area which hopefully would welcome tourists.

Stay was good if you just need a place to sleep.For amenities, basic items expected was missing like cups to have water. Also, we had an issue to get hot water to drink, where the staff mentioned we charge if you ask for hot water. (no kettle provided). There was no shampoo in the bathroom.The breakfast options were limited but sufficient. The lady at reception was helpful when I requested a room change due to shower instead of bath tub (considering availability).

Hotel entrance and Customer service was really good. Disappointed with the room though. It was very small, outdated and bathroom was the worst - it could do with a refurb. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Although the room was clean but as it was outdated and old, it felt dirty. The view from the room was amazing!

Very satisfied with my stay! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel was good value for the price, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Definitely recommend!

1.breakfast is so limited, you should wait for 10 minutes to renew the plates. 2.the rooms are very clean and the service good as well, but we had a problem in our room that there was no plugs for chargers only one in our Room and other one in the bathroom!!! The room is so hot inside so the brought us a fan but there was no plug to use it!!!!!!! 3.the view was amazing from our window, everything is near by walking .

I booked a single room in this hotel 7th until 10 of Oct, the room was cell like in appearance but clean and very adequate for one,plenty of hot water and clean towels. ||Here is the strange part , as i was full board I was asked three times to eat lunch outside of the hotel by the management, once in a hotel over the bridge and twice in the restaurant brasserie Italian, beside the hotel ||It was quite funny on reflection and a very faulty towers scenario. ||To be honest the staff were very good about the whole thing and I was well looked after |It's a very comfortable hotel and clean and neat |You quite simply get what you pay for |I will return and stay there again |No problem at all |I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
