Three-day stay for operation on rotator cuff and biceps Excellent all round. Care before, during and after the op was excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and frankly did a really good job in the nicest way possible. They took the time to listen, find solutions and simply reassure me. A really big thank-you to everyone.
The operation was not a success. Despite anaesthetic, pain was experienced throughout the operation. We were not given after-care information, eye-drops or pain-killers of any kind and did not receive a visit from a doctor before we left.
The staff were kind, friendly and efficient and I am happy I no longer have cataracts. Thank you
