I’m very glad I decided to make a reservation at Restaurant Bayrouti after walking past a few times. Delicious cuisine, beautiful decor, and very welcoming staff. The kir-arak aperitif was fun and unique. I had the plat dégustation and arayes fromage for dinner. The portions were very generous, the mezzes fresh and varied, and the bread perfectly light and airy. Highly recommend a meal here during a stay in Lyon!

The food and service were exceptional, with the dishes expertly prepared and the staff attentive and courteous, creating a memorable dining experience.

Great food. Dishes were flavoursome and authentic. Portions were maybe a little smaller than I've had in other similar restaurants but I can't fault the quality of the food so no complaints.

A friend wouldn’t stop raving about this Lebanese spot in Lyon, and it completely lived up to the hype. Beautiful décor, vibrant and flavorful food, and excellent service even though it’s always packed. The rikkakets were to die for—easily the best I’ve ever had. Seeing tables around us covered in food made me want to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a delicious meal here where we shared the mezze plate for two. While everything was very good the particular standouts were the hummus with lamb, tabbouleh (very fresh tasting) and kibbeh. Flavors were fresh and flavorful. Service was excellent despite warning us to expect a delay because she was the only one. She was a delight and delivery was paced well. Only a 4 on the food because we did not love the dessert, but that may have been more about personal preference.

We had a fantastic lunch at Bayrouti. Because of the heat wave, we sat inside to take advantage of the air conditioning. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I ordered the chicken shawarma plat - perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken served with crispy fries, garlic sauce and small salad. In lieu of fries, one can have a side of rice or bulgur. My husband had the vegetarian degustation, and raved about everything. Our meal was made better by our fantastic server. A great neighborhood find - we will definitely be back.
