I always try Michelin-starred restaurants in every country I visit, but I have never experienced anything as delicious and satisfying as this place. I honestly left the restaurant completely full and extremely impressed more than any other Michelin restaurant I’ve tried. The ambiance may feel a bit formal at first, but don’t worry. Once the food starts coming, everyone relaxes. The atmosphere becomes warm and enjoyable. The seafood was outstanding fresh, full of flavour, and prepared with real skill. Every dish looked beautiful and tasted even better. The staff were friendly and very attentive, which made the whole experience even more special. This is a restaurant that truly deserves its Michelin star. The quality of the food, the presentation, and the service are all excellent. For what you receive, the price feels more than fair. If you are visiting Marseille, don’t leave without coming here. It’s a place you will remember long after your meal.

I had a fantastic lunch at Une Table au Sud. The view over the Vieux Port is absolutely beautiful, especially on a sunny day, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is warm and elegant. The service was impeccable, exactly what you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. Everyone was extremely kind, attentive and professional. I chose the five course menu and every dish was beautifully presented and truly delicious. The cuisine feels authentic and creative, combining Mediterranean products with subtle oriental spices, which makes the flavors very unique. Even the bread service was remarkable, with different breads that almost feel like small dishes themselves. The wine list is huge, and the sommelier was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect choice. I enjoyed a bottle of Jules Desjourneys Mâcon Verzé 2021, which was exactly what I wanted and a real treat for a leisurely lunch. Overall it was an outstanding experience and definitely one of the best restaurants to visit in Marseille.

extremely creative, be prepared for a panoply of strong flavors, oriental spices, and surprises. typically I tire easily of haut cuisine but here the offerings were unique enough to hook me. Excellent wine list, and of course they didn't have the bottle I wanted, but what's new?, they were able to come up with alternatives. worth it for a special occasion, or if you are looking for a sensory explosion.

Seriously good food, and a fantastic fine dining destination. A very creative chef who explores fine dining in an unusual, yet distinctive tastes. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, however, in many ways it is worth the high prices to enjoy a romantic dining experience.

Amazing food, excellent fine dining, comprehensive wine list. They offered the extended fine dining menu gluten free with ease. Very friendly and professional. Loved the dessert, which was light and refreshing.

Une Table, au Sud was such a great choice for celebrating our anniversary. We did the 5-course tasting, and it’s honestly one of the best tasting menus we’ve had. The menu was really thoughtful and well-paced. Highlights included the Tarbouriech oyster, the aioli with cod, and the squid course (which they kindly cooked a little for me when they noticed I hadn’t eaten it — and it was perfect after that). The Gambero Rosso with carrot and reduction was excellent, and the red mullet was beautifully done. Everything was flavorful without feeling heavy. The presentation was beautiful, but not fussy, and the service was warm and attentive without hovering. Another big plus: even with a tasting menu, we were in and out in under 90 minutes, which was ideal for a port day. Relaxed, polished, and genuinely memorable — a fantastic anniversary meal that didn’t feel over the top.

A very nice and enjoyable lunch, in the heart of Marseille, with spectacular views on Vieux Port. The cuisine has deep Provençal roots with some clins d’œil to Armenia (the young Chef, Ludovic Turac, was born in Marseille but has an Armenian grandmother). It is full of the flavors from this cosmopolitan city and uses various spices from around the Mediterranean (every dish comes with a sampler of the spices used in its composition). The cooking is modern, but without the gimmicks that « modern cooking » sometimes entails. What is modern is the freshness of the ingredients (whose origins are always specified), the clarity of the preparation, the accuracy of the cooking, and the lightness of the dishes. We had the menu « essentiels », which feature two of the Provençal basics: aioli and bouillabesse. And they both taste like aioli and boyillabesse, but not in a traditional and roborative way. They are more like dreams or reminiscences of aioli and bouillabesse. The « cabillaud nacré » melts in the mouth and the aioli sauce, which is lightly emulsified, offers a pleasant accentuation that does not overpower the delicate taste of the fish. The « soup de roche » that accompanies the « rouget » of the bouillabesse, is strong and deep, as it suits to such kind of soup, but again, it does not take the main role. In both cases, there is a subtle balance between the various elements giving a feeling of plenitude but not of fullness. The meal unfolds, like a pleasant journey in the calanques, with its palette of colors and surprises. The cassis white wine was a perfect match to the rouget and the bouillabesse. The service is discreet and efficient. The tableware is original and well harmonized with the food. In short, a southern table, but rejuvenated and looking to the future. We will definitely come back.

Great dinner experience! I absolutely loved the vibe as it was matching the quay outside with seafood and water decor. The staff were very polite, professional, and with eye to detail. The food itself was very pleasant. We had the 7 course set menu and I loved everything on it. The most, I loved the blue lobster and the desserts were nice as they were fresh, fruity, and not too heavy. They also served 3 types of bread, which was a bit much for me personally as matching 3 breads with 7 courses is too much. But, the first bread with olives was absolutely delicious as it was warm, tasty, and very soft. Overall, great place that I highly recommend!!!
