The plumber took money from us, but ended up buying all the wrong products, the communication was very messy. He was even calling us from the shop asking for more money under time pressure. In the end we decided to cancel the contract. He threatened us, not wanting to give back the keys to our apartment. We also never saw even a fraction of the money we paid.
