Nice hotel quite a distance from the train station and situated by the motorway. Not very convenient if you are on foot and without a car. This is a very basic hotel and nothing around it of interest. It is convenient as a stop over. Bed was clean and comfortable whilst the breakfast was basic and edible.

We liked the kindness of all the staff, especially the receptionist, whose name I can't remember exactly, but I think it was Nouria. B&B HOTEL Alès seems to be very new. The room was super comfortable, super clean and very quiet. Perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was very good too. We especially enjoy the All-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and the freshness of all the products. On the last day, after we had paid our bill, Nouria invited us to seat and have a coffee and a croissant before hitting the road. We really appreciated this gesture. There is a very quiet area with grass to walk the dog along one side of the hotel and he loved it. Large, secure and free parking. Located at the gateway to the Park des Cévennes, we highly recommend this hotel. On our next visit we will stay there again for sure. Thanks for everything!

I was there 2 times. First time on ground floor which is the best because it had a good bed. Second time at 1st floor with a different bed, not so good. It is clean and a spacious upgraded B&B. But I was disappointed about the machines where you can buy drinks and snacks. Only one of them worked both times. I told the staff but they did not show any service to help. Afterwards one of the machines took my money. We tried to call the number but noone answered. I really hope someone fix this problem! I also hope they put some colours or a picture on the wall in the rooms. The hotel is not over priced.

Convenient location as we were there on personal business. The room was very basic and not particularly cheap at 57 euros and breakfast was an expensive extra. Best thing was there were 4 pillows and a good shower. But no hair dryer and only soap was in shower so in order to wash your hands you had to use shower gel. We won't bother again.

The hotel, room, and staff were all wonderful. I plan on returning at a future date. I wasn't happy that the A/C was broken throughout our entire stay (7 days) during a heatwave, which made sleeping very uncomfortable (opening the windows at night didn't provide much relief). Otherwise the hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious. I wish we would've received a little money back (perhaps free breakfast) for the inconvenience, given it was so unbearably hot outside. We were given a credit towards a future stay to be used in the next 6 months, which likely will go to the wayside since we live in America.

Basic hotel which is clean and comfortable. Most other guests during our stay seemed to be people on business. Staff are friendly and helpful but the desk is not always manned during the day. The air con was not great which was disappointing as the temperature outside was 38°C. Location is a little out of the way but Alès is worth a visit if you're in the area.

Very nice... looks all new. Friendly people, clean rooms, big parking, snacks etc. Small negativ point was the breakfast, not due to quality, but regarding choice and all wrapped in too much plastic. But over all a very nice place to stay if you go to Pole mécanique.

Very good hotel, perfect location for motorbiker. The lady at reception was super friendly, kind and helpful. She made the experience top notch! Will stay again, thank you!
