This was our third visit over many years as it is situated in a great location for walking to the beach and harbour.|The site, however looks a little tired and in need of some attention. On the balcony was a broken rusty metals sun umbrella, the cupboards in the bathroom were chipped, the patio windows desperately needed cleaning, as did the side of the shower and wash hand basin in second bathroom. Trees need lopping, parking is no longer secure as the barrier has been removed, as well as the secure gate onto the beach road.||Well equipped kitchen, and good size appartment with large balcony and side pool view.||Site was mostly empty and very quiet (except for a couple of days when they decided to lay new sand on the pathways with a digger and dumper truck).|Glad we revisited after so many years, but are not inclined to book again.
Very good location, really close to the beach. The appartment has everything you need and the swimmingpool was wonderful. The only detail was the Wi-Fi not working properly.
Really enjoyed our weeks holiday here, the staff were polite and helpful even with my poor French. The apartments are of a high standard in this price range , kitchen and bathroom/ shower room are all well equipped.would always go for the larger size apartments as the dining area is a little cramped at mealtimes. Loved the pool area for sunbathing and swim but avoid peak times in peak season a short walk to the beach might be a better option. The location is ideal for the resorts beaches and walking routes along this beautiful coastline, cafes bars and restaurants are plentiful . The local shops and supermarket are within walking distance for everyday items but the weekly shop is better by car in one of the nearby small towns.
This was our first stay at a Pierre et Vacances, and we loved it so much, we’re about to book our next stay!||The location in Guilvinec is ideal - one minute walk to the beach, ten minute walk into the town. We didn’t bother driving anywhere else during our stay because the weather was exceptional, but we had picked Guilvinec for its proximity to other towns and activities in case the weather hadn’t been so good.||The complex itself is small, which is no bad thing at all. Reception is opened limited hours, but they’re really helpful. They offer a fab service where you can order breakfast/bakery products for the next morning, which was a brilliant idea. They also have a helpful system for those who arrive outside reception’s hours, involving calling a central number for a safety deposit access code, and getting keys and a welcome pack from there. ||The pool is lovely, well maintained and clean, with plenty of loungers and parasols to go round. ||The apartment we had was lovely and well equipped. We’d brought cleaning supplies but were impressed by the cleaning kit that was provided - sponge, cloths, dishwasher tablets and small bottles of washing up liquid and cleaning fluid. We’ll know not to bother bringing these things next time! The kitchen had everything necessary, including a bottle opener and oyster shucking tool, as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. The only thing we felt we lacked was a parasol for the outside table, but I suspect if we’d bothered to ask for one, it would’ve been provided, as many other neighbours seemed to have one. ||All in all, a super stay at an excellent location!
The only nice thing about this hotel is that they are really close to the sea.|The pictures of the hotel on booking are really nice, but unfortunately the reality is a bit different. |Unfortunately for us the hotel charges the full amount of stay as soon as you arrive. So to avoid our mistake, first check your room out and then pay.
We loved our stay here, was clean and tidy. Great facilities and locaction. The pool is slrightly heated and there's clothes washing facilities on site. You also get a little welcome pack with sponges, dish tabs and cleaning fluid. We had a 2 bed apartment which had a decently equip kitchen (no oven, just hob) the beach is only a 2 min walk away and there's a gorgeous little fishing village not far around the corner.
Nice accommodation in an excellent location. Across the road from the beech. Bike hire was great. Nice pool. Free parking spaces are limited but plenty under cover parking at a very reasonable price. Lovely quick boat ride to Sainte-Martine, and really nice cycle route from there.
Stayed here for the location to Benodet front and it was fantastic for this - couple of minutes walk to beach and everything that Benodet offers - Stayed beginning of July so plenty of parking - we were overlooking the main road which suited us for people watching and privacy - We would definitely come back but rated it a 4* not a 5* rating as the property surroundings are looking a bit tired - such small things that could make such a first impression better - the communal areas like lift floors are scruffy, reception had cracked glass window, hedges are overgrown on paths, pool had edge coming away - all at beginning of season so still time to smarten maybe - ? If you want to be central and have somewhere nice to come back to then this is great
