We had an amazing lunch experience here, food was so very good, and service was exceptional. We were served by the 4 lovely gentlemen, they were superb, professional and friendly, and made the whole experience truly great and world class. Thank you for making our day, we really appreciate it.

Our experience was enjoyable overall, but it did not fully meet the expectations we had for a restaurant of this calibre. The dining room offers a pleasant atmosphere with comfortable acoustics, allowing conversation to flow naturally throughout the meal. While the setting is elegant, it is not the aspect that leaves the strongest impression. Service was professional and efficient, though at times it felt somewhat rushed and transactional rather than genuinely personal. The team was clearly well-trained, but we rarely felt a strong connection or sense of warmth. There was also one interaction regarding a wine inquiry that felt surprisingly dismissive and slightly out of place in an otherwise polished service experience. The cuisine was undoubtedly well executed and every dish was enjoyable. However, what we missed most was a sense of surprise, emotion or discovery. The flavours were harmonious and technically sound, yet often developed exactly as expected. Rather than challenging perceptions or creating memorable "wow" moments, many dishes remained within a familiar and comfortable spectrum. Similarly, the presentation was refined but rarely striking and the flavour combinations, while balanced, sometimes lacked the depth, complexity and originality we had anticipated. We kept waiting for a course that would elevate the experience to another level, but that moment never quite arrived. None of this takes away from the fact that we had a very good meal. The ingredients were of high quality, the execution was consistent and we left satisfied. However, the experience felt more reassuring than inspiring, and ultimately fell short of the expectations we had brought with us. A very good restaurant and an enjoyable lunch, but one that left us admiring the precision more than remembering the dishes themselves.

It goes without saying that the food and service here (especially Patrick!) is amazing. However, for us the unique selling point and the reason we will be returning is the incredible selection of high end wines served by the glass at fantastic prices. The rooms were perfect to retire to after the lovely meal. We cannot wait to return!

My boyfriend surprised me by booking a restaurant for my birthday. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The main course was great, but the soup was especially delicious. The staff were all lovely, and it made for a great memory.

A monument in my birthplace Burgundy! Had the pleasure to enjoy their dinner twice with my family. I would need a book to describe it all!

This is an absolutely outstanding venue. The accommodation is very good, the staff are excellent, the welcome very warm, the expertise in the cuisine is exceptional. The valet parking very efficient. The wine list is stupendous. We will continue to come here for many years to come we hope

The restaurant does not merit a Michelin three star. I’ve dined at over a dozen Michelin three star restaurants in France, Europe and NYC, but this was not up to par as an exceptional, memorable experience. The food and service were excellent but not at the highest level. We had the tasting menu (“degustation”) on a Thursday lunch. The best dishes were the amuses buches: beef tartar, local sausage, quail egg wrapped in bacon. The bread both croissant/brioche and country bread were excellent. The trout with milk mousse was innovative. The turbot was mini gnocchi was just fine. The tiny lamb chops were cute, but too small and served too cold. The granny smith apple juice was a refreshing second palette cleanser instead of the usual sweet sorbet. The caramel popcorn was perfect. Service was very good but not exceptional. We were in a windowless room, which was quiet and private though we would have preferred a view and better air flow.

Fabulous experience. The food and service was exceptional. We have been lucky to visit many fine dining restaurants but this was one of the best. Can’t wait to return.
