DAE FONDATIONS GENIE CIVIL

Yesterday my husband and I (2 aussies) bought an IKEA kitchen feom the Tours store. We knew what we wanted but were very worried that our poor french would let us down and cause problems when things became technical. We met a delightful young man called Ethan, who spoke perfect English, as his mum was from Manchester. Within an hour we were walking out the door with our kitchen! Ethan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient. He gave us good ideas and advice, and was patient with all of our questions which he answered fully. This experience surpassed my expectations and I commend Ethan for his professionalism and kindness. 5 stars.

Its IKEA and it's everything you expect. Very easy to get to and close to the city. A very good size IKEA for its location. Lots of free parking and if your lucky you can park under the building away from any bad weather, great for when loading your car with all the big bulky items you no doubt bought. Well layed out and easy to navigate and luckily for us, not too busy on the Friday night we visited.

Excellent visit. Had everything we needed and gave us more ideas to ponder upon.

Love IKEA and their products, always excellent choice and value for money. However assistant at self service checkout was rude and wouldn't allow me to enter my details for my family card as per my profile. At one stage told me not to touch the screen after asking me to enter my phone number! Not the customer service standard we receive at IKEA.

Good ikea big , a real maze to get lost in ! Free parking spot

Ikea Tours is very good, easy to park, cafe very good and most items available same day. Recommended

People was nice and polite. But during weekends store becomes super busy
