Fabulous not just exclusive for kids all adults will love it.
Great place for a family visit. You ll see reptiles of course and will even get to experience an immersive story about dragons (you need to speak French to get it though). While the visit was great the best part was the special event that they had mid afternoon. Some of the caretaking staff basically gave a presentation about snakes with live specimens for the extra learning experience. It was like a live documentary and was just a great experience
Fun trip for a rainy day. We went with a 2-year old and a 9 month old, and the toddler had fun. We don't speak French so we couldn't understand everything, but the people working there spoke decent English. The 6th continent experience we decided only to participate in with the toddler, which was fully in French and for him sometimes a bit scary, but he still enjoyed it. Walking on the rope bridge / platform above all the crocodiles was definitely a favorite. We spent close to 3 hours here and had a good time.
So we have returned a few years later and had an excellent time. A little more expensive than our first visits but, there has been an expansion with a new attraction so we felt it was justified. It's beautifully laid out with suitable habitat, is educational and there's even a net you can walk on above the crocodiles!!! The fauna is spectacular, never judge a book by its cover and there are a wide variety of interesting plants to compliment the more obvious attractions! We've eaten here a few times and always enjoyed the meal and delicious ice cream. You need about 3 hours I would say if you use the restaurant and watch the various feedings. Really enjoy our time here and we will no doubt return in the future. A great way to spend a half day. Highly recommended.
It's worth a visit. Was raining outside. This place can be visited if it's dry or wet.. some close-up reptiles. Maintained well inside. Great net walk, 12 year old loved that. Just don't run on it! You need to book to eat here and there were no tables available when we asked to book on the day.. seems a bit silly.. why not have some pre-made food to choose from. Lost revenue. There is also a 10 pin bowling complex next door.
Great place and helpful staff. The overall experience is very nice and the dragon outside is plenty of fun! Would suggest some TLC on the premises otherwise great experience! Will visit again!
We visited with our two grandchildren (7 and 9 years old) on Bastille day and it was not as busy as we thought it would be. The kids loved to see the reptiles, especially watching the crocodiles moving around in the enclosures. At one stage in the tour the more adventurous can walk high above the crocodile enclosures, supported by nets. A big favourite with our grandkids. As well as the animals there are exotic plants to see too. Coconut and mango trees and ginger plants among them. The "Spectacle" is worth going to, even if you do not speak French. It is very well presented and fairly easy to grasp the gist of the story. The kids loved it. They told us it was a bit scary but worth it. Over all I would recommend visiting this attraction.
Very easy to find. Well laid out, with good information about the various inhabitants. The overhead walkway is very good, kids love it, treating it like a trampoline, so as an adult you are unsteady on your feet, avoid.
