We had a terrible time with this store. We contracted with them to repair and renovate my Rolex Gmt watch. They took twice as long as they said they would and when my watch finally showed up they had the wrong bezel on it. A black one instead of the famous red and blue one. Then they offered me 7500 euros for the watch which sells used for over 12000 online. Not very good pr.

In this respect, insofar as these retailers are not affiliated companies of Rolex but independent businesses, we do not have the authority to intervene in their retails policies. Therefore, the choice to apply, or not, the VAT export exemption is left to their sole discretion for commercial policy reasons. - If they explain to us that it is the boutique sole discretion and decision not to exercise VAT could have been more acceptable than lying to us that new policy is from Rolex officials. I hope they can explain next time to a customer why they will refuse to issue tax refund. Not blaming or telling you the policies doesnt exist. Original - Wanted to buy a rolex for my mom's 60th birthday. At first, they were great on the phone and had a good chat and they even sent a photo of actual stock models they had on hand. But when we visit the store to take a look we felt uncomfortable because of the way that they welcomed us. Also told us that duty free is not possible because of rolex's new policy which I have not heard of. Rolex can be only bought by ppl who live near the store. So basically they dont want to sell it to foreigners. I called another Rolex Boutique (official) and they confirmed twice that duty free tax refund is possible. I dont know what sort policy this boutique has. Appreciate for ruining my day. 쓰레기 매장. 마르세유는 친절하고 서비스도 더 나아요. 인죵챠별 당한 느낌인데 해외생활 20년 넘게 하면서 처음 받는 느낌이였습니다.

Very simple I show up with a Rolex I inherited with a mainspring issue, after checking with Rolex headquarters in Paris I'm told the watch can't be repaired, without even having the reason explained (Rolex what an investment ?! :P) but they'd be happy to assist me in buying a new watch (what guarantees I have to get this fixed in case I needed it :D) I turned to another Rolex official distributor (in Italy) and issue fixed, problem solved, end of story.

Excellente expérience à la hauteur de l’image de la maison Frayssinet. Je suis venu une première fois à l’improviste dans le but de faire un choix entre deux modèles Rolex. Par chance toutes deux étaient en boutique dans les configurations souhaitées, j’ai pu les passer au poignet et faire un souhait grâce à des conseils avisés. Quelques temps plus tard celle-ci était disponible. Un rêve pour marquer les 30 ans et un succès professionnel réussi. Merci à tous les membres de l’équipe sur l’ensemble du processus d’acquisition.

J’ai fait réparer ma Datejust 41 suite à une chute, ils me l’ont rendu plus jolie qu’elle ne l’était le jours de l’achat. Merci à l’horloger et merci au personnel très sérieux qui a su répondre a toutes mes attentes. Cordialement M.

Très déçu par mon expérience chez Frayssinet Montpellier. L'employé a plus recherché les éléments à charge de mon côté plutôt que de me demander les éléments que j'avais qui montraient que le SAV du fabriquant n'avait pas fait son travail par le passé. Bref, achetez plutôt directement chez le fabriquant... La réponse donnée après mon commentaire est pour encore que la première impression. En attachement une vidéo de ma montre telle qu' envoyée au fabricant les du premier sav et qui me l'a retournée en me disant qu'elle était en parfait état de fonctionnement... Freyssinet n'a jamais été intéressé par ce genre d'éléments... L'état après montre bien un petit choc, mais Freyssinet a toujours la montre, ils peuvent poster une vidéo pour montrer a quel point elle serait endommagée maintenant... Je ne demande pas la réparation du petit choc mais juste sur la montre sur réparée du premier problème déjà présent avant quelque choc que ce soit...
