A nice enough hotel. Small rooms but it done the job. No air con which wouldn't have been an issue if it wasnt 35 degrees. The hotel did provide fans and we could open the windows. Breakfast was fine. Overal, a nice enough stay.

Excellent value and conveniently located. The hotel has a very pleasant staff and good restaurant recommendations. Perfect for personal or business stays in Paris.

We booked this hotel as part of a package for a cruise, the photos shown were nothing like the hotel room we got. Luckily we missed the heatwave in Paris as the room just had a crappie old fan. The elevator to the first floor was out as well. Not impressed at all, but the staff were very nice.

It’s very bad hotel! Very rude administrators! No wi-fi. No aircon. To my questions to the administrator about «why there is no wi-fi”, he called the police! Are you seriously?! It’s not ok. It’s very very very bad!

Thankyou Hacene, you and your staff were so friendly and helpfull Our room was compact but spotlessly clean. We only stayed two nights but our room was serviced and left beautiful for 2nd night. We appreciated your hospitality, close to 95 bus *you need to buy a ticket before you can travel around from a main station or online. (Gard du nord) or similar. Merci

The room was really well stocked with supplies of needed, fresh towels daily, and the room was very clean, which for me is the most important. The room we stayed in was on the smaller size with the shower not in a separate room, which might be ok for some people. The breakfast was ok, not awful. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Everything was good, the host and receptionist was really friendly. We checked in around 23:00h. Rooms are nice and spacious, cleaned every day. You have a towels, bathing accessories... Only WC was a bit strange, because of rolling doors. Good connection to city center, area was safe at day and night. You can walk easy to Monmarte attractions. In conclusion we would probably stay here again.

Our stay was deeply disappointing and fell far short of expectations. The room lacked air conditioning and was notably small, which simply did not justify the price we paid. Beyond that, the significant road noise combined with thin walls meant we could distinctly hear other guests snoring, severely impacting our ability to get any restful sleep. The room's actual condition was a stark contrast to its portrayal in the pictures, which we found to be highly misleading. While the location was alright, we strongly advise prospective guests to seek alternative establishments that prioritize guest comfort, provide accurate room representations, and genuinely ensure a quiet and private stay.
