The location was good for what we needed as we were in town for a concert, but you do pay a premium $$$ for that. |There is public transportation about 15 minute walk from hotel, but allow yourself an hour if you want to get into Vieux Lyon and the more touristic area.|The room is a comfortable size, but a little warm as the AC needs A LOT of time to cool things down. |Buffet breakfast ok...no hot food.

Air conditioning doesn't work. The building has one system connected to all the rooms. So you don't get a choice of the temperature you like. It's impossible to sleep with the room so hot. Poor service level, staff offered no alternative such as a fan.

Hotel is good enough for a few nights. There are minor problems like a short and not solid mounted water tap and a shower which floods the bathroom every time you take a shower. There could also be some more plugs in the room. Service is nice and at least some are able to speak English. Breakfast is good for the price. The hotel is quite far from public transport to get to Gare Part Dieu.

Very nice service, seamless communication in English. Clean and well-equipped rooms. The only issue might be water splashing out of the shower cabin during bathing. Breakfasts are very good and varied :)

I felt welcome and they all speak very good english. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. I wish the room was bigger and with a colorful painting on the wall. Thanks for having coffee in the room. Good shower. Breakfast could be a bit more interesting. Thanks for being helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel

Clean room, very kind personnel. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my stay.

Tidy well presented hotel. Only stayed for one night whilst visiting the very near Groupama stadium. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fresh. If passing through or visiting for a game or a concert this hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of the city.

Stayed for 3 nights back in May to go watch the football and explore the beautiful city. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with my poor french as they spoke very good english. Hotel is located not far away from the stadium, resturaunts which are recommended and a metro link to the city centre. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy, would highly recommend.
