9 hours to load even if you're on time, be prepared to stay overnight, toilet in construction and no showers. Another for the patient person.

It is a very bad place for loading, We have already twice a long time awaiting loading in this warehouse and I have to say it is one of the worst loading places in Belgium. The truck was booked for transport from this warehouse to DE24. We arrived at 13:00. We informed the client and warehouse that we needed to leave this place by 16:00 to get to the unloading location the next day before 13:00. The client knew, the lady in the office in Langemark knew, the warehouse people knew and the truck is waiting 1h, 2h, 3h. The lady in the office is saying they will start loading the truck after 16:00 and he will be loaded and ready to go by 18:00. They don't care about the driver's tacho card, they don't care about their client who will not get the product next day because of the time which we waste there

No good. Slavery system is still working in this company, as a driver you need to lift your europalet up in the trailer if you have a palet exchange, even if they do have forklifts inside!!!

If you come to this company for loading, you have to wait for five to six hours.If there is a pallet change, all the pallets should be placed inside the trailer.If you go to an inside parking lot other than the one next to the reception, the pallets will sometimes be picked up by a forklift operator and placed on a trailer.

Staff ok. Magacine worst ever. It took so much for Loading, I’m waiting 3+ hours for my goods atm and still waiting. Nothing happens. I Hole i ll never again come here

If you send a truck here, he may wait from 2 hours up to 6 hours. Terrible

One star is way too much. If they slowed down one more step, they would stop.
