LV BAT

Not buying again from this brand! I bought sneakers to my husband as a gift, after 10 time wearing it the rubber logo part on the back part cracked!(LV Warsaw) With an official complaint we received the refusal to substitute and to repair (as the have no repair service at all!!!) and after long thread of emails the answer was the was "there is nothing we can do there"! Being such a big and well-known brand LV cannot provide any post-sales services, suggestions, help, logo part detail substitute! Anything! Being a specific part (rubber logo) any repair service in any country cannot repair this and stuff just refuses to do anything with the issue! So basically 1200 eur shoes need to be thrown away as there is no way you can do anything about the defect and company has no options to help customer if anything happens! That's unbelievable and insane! I will better go to YSL and get decent service there!

Recently purchased a few items. I have purchased from various stores all around the world. This was one of my top experiences! PIMARA DELUC was the associate that assist me; along with another guy from the men section...GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I would come back to Paris just to purchase from them! Bogota Colombia and Long Island NY are 2 others where I had a wonderful experience!

Needless to say…the best!
