I had experience with this agency, and I do not recommend them to anyone. The people working there are dishonest. During the last months of my rental, they refused to return my money. When you first check in at apartment, everything seems fine ,they communicate formally and appear friendly. However, when I moved in, they didn’t fix the existing issues, so I had to live with those problems for the entire year. Three months before moving out, I informed them about my departure. It’s now been three months since I left, and they still haven’t returned my deposit. They simply don’t reply to emails and only make promises over the phone that the refund will happen “soon.” I am going to report this to the police because my deposit has not been returned.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid working with this agency. Their responses to negative reviews reveal everything you need to know about how they handle criticism and treat their clients.

Once we sent them all the documents they simply stopped responding. We managed to reach them on instagram but after 1st message they also stopped responding there.

They don't respond to emails. I've been waiting for my deposit for three months now. They promised to send it for a month, but they didn't send anything. They lied to me and didn't return my deposit. It's a scam.

Apartment received in embarrassing conditions of cleanliness and maintenance. We fixed most of the things at our own costs in time and money. All documented with pictures. Agency absent during the entire rental period. They only reached out twice to claim I didn't pay my rent (and in fact I had an automatic payment in the beginning of every single month). Very disturbing and annoying to get unnecessary reminders. To get the refund of security deposit, I had to write a registered letter to dispute non-existent damages, wrote approx 25 emails of which I received an answer only two times and had to make six phone calls, of which I only received an answer three times. It was only thanks to my perseverance that I received the full amount.

Good apartments horrible service. They are trying to scam you from the deposit and fix other peoples' damages. They are not responsive at all when contacting them. When you speak to them in English they reply in French. If you try to find an apartment there, do not trust them.

Really greedy client service. Once they get your money, they basically don't care about you anymore. They don't reply to your emails, and also they take advantage of you if you don't know french (Expect 3+ months deposit, and they will charge you insane fees for everything when leaving the apartment). I would never rent through them again. I never write reviews, but I feel this was a must. Many of my colleagues and classmates had the same issue with them.
