JUST. GO. Of the 3 hikes we did in Verdon this was my favourite- quieter, shady, right along the gorge most of the way. Gorgeous views. Up and down on stairs and also rocks, so wear non-slippy shoes. It wasn't too busy in Sept- you did need to stop to let people walk by in the opposite direction sometimes, which would be no fun if it was packed. Go!
Absolutely stunning hikes and SUP adventures to be had! Bring plenty of water for your hikes: they include stairs, bridges, caves, narrow passages, stunning views, climbs and declines.
