We stayed here for 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. Travelling with a 3 year old child, the sofa bed was sufficient however I don’t think this would be big enough for two children or an adult. |The kitchen was equipped with nespresso machine and kettle, but we had breakfast included so didn’t need to make too much in the mornings. Good sized fridge and dishwasher (bring your own tablets).|Sleep quality wasn’t the best because it was very hot inside the apartment. |The breakfast was good with a decent selection of cheese and ham, sweet pastries and cakes, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, and you could boil your own eggs. Good juice options and hot drinks from a machine. |My son really enjoyed the swimming pool. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to try the sauna. |Good restaurant on site for evening meals. Supermarkets a short drive away.|Good location within easy (driving) access of Colmar and the pretty Alsatian villages.

Nice place for at least an overnight stay with family. Clean ans comfy apartment with all amenities you would need. The indoor pool and suana were a great bonus!

The location is quite fine, close to Colmar and Kaysersberg as well. The pool is too small for swimming but the sauna is fine. The micro apartments are clean and well equipped, very basic furniture. The climate inside is not optimal, none of us could sleep good because of the air. The house is not breathing, high humidity. However, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is fine, 4 out of 5 stars, because there wasn't anything fresh like a tomato or a piece of cucumber.

We stayed for 2 nights at Résidence Les Rives de la Fecht in Colmar with a child and a dog. The property itself is decent, the food was reasonable, and overall it offers good value for money. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very negative due to several serious issues. On arrival, we overheard at reception that the air conditioning was broken. However, when we entered our room, it was actually cool and comfortable, clearly indicating that the AC had been switched on shortly before our check-in. This gave us the impression that it was functioning. The following day, during extreme heat of around 32°C, we realized that the hotel had turned off the circuit breaker, which effectively disabled the air conditioning without informing us. When we addressed this situation with the person in charge, we explained that we could not leave our dog alone in a room without air conditioning in such high temperatures. The response we received was that we had not booked a room with air conditioning, which was simply not true. The situation escalated further during our stay. Although the hotel is advertised as pet-friendly, we experienced very poor treatment from the person at reception, who we later understood is responsible for the property. When we asked for help regarding the breakfast area while traveling with our dog, the situation became unnecessarily confrontational. We explained that our dog has separation anxiety and that leaving him alone in the room would cause him to bark and disturb other guests which was not our intention at all. Instead of listening, she raised her voice, became aggressive, and made us feel unwelcome saying that we should have left the dog at home and that if he had health issue due to the heat in the room, it would not be her problem. We were shocked by the lack of respect shown throughout the interaction. Despite us remaining calm at all times, we were told we were not welcome, as she had other guests. As we were leaving, she insulted us

If I could I would give 0 stars in all. Let's start by saying that we are an Italian school who came on a trip here (6 in a room) no comfort of any kind, they forced us to stay in the rooms and not go out after 9 constantly complaining about the noise (of 18-year-olds) saying not to disturb the others when it was just us. The food I think is the worst part, completely inedible to feel sick every day. I personally had the blankets changed on the first day 3 times because of the hair and poop found in the bed, before giving up and letting it go. The toilet and shower were in two separate rooms and the toilet in a room without a window and a diffuser that didn't work, creating a horrible smell. If u are a school they will not let u use the pool. Far from everything. The only good thing was the breakfast I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE, ESPECIALLY SCHOOLS, TO COME TO THIS PLACE.

A place to never return to; the manager has absolutely no sensitivity or empathy when dealing with customers and their needs and issues. She Just want to shout out loud to show off to her employees.

If you are looking for a place to stay with kids near Colmar, this is the place! We booked last minute for a night, upon arrival we extended for one more night. Staff are friendly, the little apartment felt like home, it’s small but you have everything you need. Very close to shops and Alsacian villages. Kids loved the pool and I really enjoyed being able to sit outside on the balcony for dinners.

I stayed here only for One night but It was a very nice solutions for us. The receptionists speak a very good english, the women were polite and friendly: a real value for this residence. Reception open from 7:00 to 21:00. Two dogs medium and big size admitted. The gave us a room at the ground floor but the garden Is not close so we asked for a change and they helped us tò find another solution: First floor with a private balcone, perfect. The bedroom APT was very clean and well planned. Comfortable bed, big bathroom. Outside there Is a restaurante (you can also ask for take away - For Italians: dont order pizza ). In front of the residence there Is a green area for Kids (basketball court, table for tablet tennis) and Pic nic area. For me was a real Surprise. A good One! Close also tò Colmar. Free parking.
