Lovely store, the gentleman was very welcoming for one to enter the shop and browse which is quite rare for a store like this. Great selection of brands. Highly recommend worth a visit.

Being in a hurry, I hesitated, visiting the Watch store, Eduard Genton. However, I hoped to get a glimpse at the beautiful Grand Seiko Watches in their window. I ended up sitting inside the store being served by Antoine Sitter. He knew that I was in a hurry, and just wanted to have a brief look at the watches, and I asked him for a catalogue. We ended up having a 20 minute chat about different models and several watches. Since this wasn’t the first shop that I’ve been visiting that day, I can say that this is definitely the best experience with the workshops. I have been to in Strasburg by far. If I would’ve had more time, I would have definitely spent a lot more of my time there. I would always come back to have a nice chat with another watch enthusiast like I am. In the end, we left the Etlis mall with some catalogues to have a closer look at the portfolio of their brands at home. To sum it up, I can highly recommend this shop, and if I am about to buy a Grand Seiko Strasburg, I would always go to this shop and would recommend you to do the same. I had the pleasure of inquiring about a TAG Heuer limited edition diver and received a friendly response right away from Melissa Genton along with photos of the watch taken in the boutique and outside. These photos helped me in making my choice and I did purchase the watch. It arrived in 3 days from Straßburg, France exquisitely packaged and looks even more stunning in person. I had an incredibly satisfying customer experience with this TAG Heuer Boutique, which was as close to the in-store experience as I could expect when purchasing online. Parfait 5/5 ! Cette boutique Edouard Genton est vraiment sympathique. Nous avons été accueilli par Monsieur Shizhe Yu, un spécialiste de l'horlogerie et des montres de luxe. J'ai été agréablement surpris des gammes de montres, je souhaitais acheter ma première montre Cartier mais je faisais plus de recherche qu'autre chose. Monsieur Shizhe Yu m'a guidé tout au long de ma visite et il m'a fait essayer plusieurs modèles de Cartier : Santos, Tank... Et c'est en essayant qu'une a parlé à mon cœur : La Sandos Dumont. Elle m'a directement plu, un vrai coup de cœur. J'ai eu un polissage gratuit car elle présentait une petite trace. Maintenant, elle est toute neuve et magnifique dans un emballage Cartier avec sa boîte d'origine. Je recommande cette boutique, très professionnelle et rassurante !
