I hired Via Ferrata harness & helmet for a half day, and returned to find the store closed early due to public holiday. The owner very kindly returned to close the rental which was of some relief to us as we travelled early the next day home. Quality kit and great service - I can highly recommend! 👍

I’m on a heavy loaded touring bike, and have hit some holes on gravel roads in Camargue - and broken two spokes. Even though I have Rohloff gears he still had some that fit, and changed and tuned the wheel again. Saved my day (or more) and I’m very happy with his service!!

This shop needs to update their hours on Google. We rode 4 miles out of our because we desperately needed extra tubes and CO2 cartridges after our rental bikes flatted due to lack of sealant in the tires. The hours said they were open until 6pm on Sunday, but when we arrived at 4pm the shop was completely closed.

J’ai acheté mon vélo dans ce magasin. Le patron a pris le temps de bien me conseiller, de m’expliquer et de trouver le produit le plus adapté à mes besoins. Je le remercie pour ses conseils avisés et sa sympathie. Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs concernant les horaires. Ils sont affichés sur internet, il suffit de venir pendant les créneaux indiqués.

J'étais en tournée à vélo et je voulais que quelqu'un regarde mes freins. J'ai appelé en chemin, je suis passé très facilement. Il a ensuite vérifié mes freins pendant une bonne demi-heure et n'a rien trouvé. Je ne voulais même pas d'argent pour cela, et en passant, j'ai même pu recharger ma banque d'alimentation. Service très sympathique et compétent, je peux absolument recommander

Wir hatten eine defekte SHIMANO Nexus Schaltung bei unserem Fahrrad, das dadurch nicht mehr nutzbar war. Zwei lizensierte Shimanocenter konnten oder wollten uns nicht helfen. Der Inhaber von AB Cycles Outdoor hat das Problem sofort erkannt und in 15 min ohne zu zögern sofort repariert. Ganz herzlichen Dank!!!
