I had a guided tour around the museum and the water source. I think it’s a very exciting activity where you can learn more about the brand history. It’s one of the vast marketing strategy I’ve heard about. At the end of the visit you are invited to have a degustation with a gift. It also shows a true nature miracle of the region.

The hidden diamond! History museum, immersive space, garden and spring tour, water tasting, the bottle of Perrier as a gift - only 7 euros! Very friendly staff, absolute peace and quiet in the garden, where you can walk, a boutique with water and various souvenirs! 1000% of satisfaction!!!

This is an interesting place to visit, since Perrier has quite a rich history. We visited the museum and we signed up for the guided tour. The museum is small, but reveals just around everything there is to know about the brand and its founders. The guided tour is decent and the guide tells you some more background and history. However note that you will walk mostly around the park in the places you could visit if you were just walking in and not paying for the tour. The tour will take you to the source itself, but you won’t see anything like a factory environment in person. That being said, I do recommend the tour because of the thorough explanation of the mineral water company and its effects on the region. But if you are on a budget, I would suggest to skip the tour and have a look yourself around this extraordinary property. As an added bonus, the paying visitors will receive a bottle of Perrier free of charge.

An incredible place to visit. Although the museum isn't big, it does contain all the history of the brand, including a video of all the TV ads in the past. The tour is a must (need to reserve by phone - the operator speaks English) although the tour itself in French only. There's an audio guide for English speakers but it's more for the exhibits than the tour.

Being a fan of Perrier this was visit was a long time wish for me, with a good mood we went to Perrier for a visit to the source. Our appointment was at 11.00 but we started about 10 minutes later because some tourist have issues with time reading. Anyway the first disappointment was that the tour was only in French which is a bit weird for such a big international company. Luckily I had my private translator with me. The second disappointment and the biggest was that we could not finish the museum and movies after the tour. We were literally kicked out because off the lunch break of the employees. So we could NOT see the museum fully, the commercial movie and also not the 3D movie. Also we had no time to do our shopping, and seriously I was planning to load the car with cans, bottles and other merchandise. A big disappointment it all was, but it could have been so great.

We were a bit apprehensive about visiting after reading some so-so reviews, but we loved this small museum and shop. The people working there were super friendly. We chose to walk around the museum and shop ourselves since our kids don’t speak French and wouldn’t get much out of the French-speaking tour. It was a lovely and relaxing visit. Very inexpensive and it came with a free drink. We chose a Perrier flavor that we don’t have at home and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are a fan of Perrier or are just looking for a relaxing visit, I highly recommend this place!

Very lovely stop if you're in the area, the small museum is quick to see and a must for Perrier enthusiasts, with both French and English for all the exhibits, and nice Perrier artwork and mesmerizing collection of Perrier commercials playing on a loop.

Washroom is clean. Paid 5 euro and no factory tour. A very small museum and a video about the factory that puts me to sleep. The ticket lady appear unenthusiastic and unwelcome
