Qualifié de cantine, ce petit restaurant propose une cuisine locale fraîche car tous les plats proposés sont faits à la demande. L'équipe est très sympathique mais les délais d'attente sont très longs. Les propositions de menus sont variées et à prix modiques. Il est possible de passer commande et de l'emporter. Le stationnement est facilité par la présence d'un supermarché et son parking à proximité.

Des plats colorés, équilibrés, variés et délicieux ! L'accueil est chaleureux et le cadre agréable. J'ai pris la formule lunch avec un bowl au poisson et crudités et ma femme la gaufre de banane plantain, les deux étaient très bons et les portions idéales. Je recommande vivement

We popped into Le Mould for lunch on the spur of the moment and treated ourselves to pepper and onion quiche, the gilthead main course and a smoothie afterwards. All the food was fresh and served by friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the redcurrant pineapple mint smoothie. Thanks again for the great service and the banana treat at the end.

What a gem! The owner and her mum prepare local fresh bowl, smoothies and salads that really should show everyone the beauty of produce of this island. Truly, the best food experience on Guadeloupe so far.

We had a salad, the dish of the day and a smoothie. Everything was made fresh and, most importantly, DELICIOUS. It’s a pity we only discovered it on our way to the airport. We would have come back otherwise.
