The Premium Cottage is very spacious and extremely well maintained. The location is very peaceful, and chaffinches come to visit at breakfast time. Highly recommended. The staff are lovely and friendly. We’d love to come back.
A very pleasant site for a motorhome home stopover, set among the tall pines. Good facilities. A short walk to the beach. THe Beach area a bit tacky but th he beaches are extnsive so easy to get away from that.
We selected this site with it being affiliated to the Yelloh brand and therefore a quality site. We tried unsuccessfully to get on other camping locations within Landes area but they were full, this one wasn’t and after we arrived realised why. Although the pitches are large the site itself is dated, especially the toilet/shower blocks and overall appears unkempt. The bar and shop never seemed to be open, although we did manage to eat at the on site restaurant which was ok. The location is stunning and the short walk to the beach and beach bars is great. During our stay it was very quiet, but that was because of hardly any people camping! Thankfully we have only been here for 4 nights, otherwise we would have been really disappointed.
Amazing location with an incredible atmosphere and great places to eat and swim/surf. It’s very busy so it can get quite noisy. The toilets are ok but can often be very dirty . You’ve got to find the right ones that not many people go too. The calisthenics bars are great for a workout and the campsite is a great base for cycling with eurovelo 1 on its entrance.
We returned after having visited last year. The site is really laid back and the staff are amazing. The shop on site is excellent for a campsite and not too over-priced and has everything you could need from a campsite shop. It feels bigger than the shop near the beach. The pools are amazing. We don't particularly go for the entertainment, but the kids loved it and gave them a chance to stay up. The reason I have given this only 4 stars is that we had some very inconsiderate neighbours who took over quite a chunk of our pitch and encroached quite far on to the exit route so that we couldn’t get the van out. The previous residence had complained and they were asked to move. I did have somebody come and look and they were asked to move back a bit. They basically ignored the staff and it made it quite an unpleasant experience. I did email the campsite after having spoken to the twice, but they didn't respond. When we stayed last year we were shown to our pitch and explained what the boundaries are. I emailed to find out if they will do this again as we paid extra to secure the same pitch and lost a quarter of it to inconsiderate neighbours. It's a shame as this is a great place to be, a pleasant walk away from the beach and shops and restaurants. Despite the issues with neighbours we do want to return for longer next year and love the tranquillity of this site.
Walking distance to one of the best beaches in the area for surfing with Life guards. Camp pitches are well spaced amongst the pine trees with dappled shade making it more bearable during the summer heat. Being located on a few hills not many pitches are level. There are lots of proper toilets (toilets you can sit on 😀) hot shower, laundry facilities and great swimming pools. We loved our stay and would come back.
We’ve just had a fantastic 2 week stay at Eurosol. We stayed in a Sunset Lodge which was spacious and private. The campsite was very peaceful (though the sunset lodges are quite tucked away so maybe others parts are busier). The campsite facilities are very good, and it’s ideal for small children to have a bit of freedom. The food and service on the campsite restaurant was very good - much better then other sites we’ve stayed at. In fact all the staff there were very friendly and keen to help. The beach is an easy cycle just up the road, very large with some nice bars and restaurants up there too.|We couldn’t think of any negatives! We’d love to come again next year.|Thank you Eurosol!
Lovely camp site with serviced pitches for touring caravans arranged amongst the trees along with a wide range of other cabins. Well stocked shop, bar and restaurant with frequent entertainment for children. There are four pools (no slides) with lifeguards on the two larger pools ( understandably it can be noisy with children playing but lifeguards should stop adults dive bombing as it dangerous when the pools are crowded). A popular and well stocked cycle shop is also available. Great playground for children plus basketball and volleyball courts. Due to the irregularities of the trees pitches can vary in size and the ground is soft in places so moving the van with a motor mover can be tricky at times. Overall a great site 1km walk from the beach but you can also drive and park for free if you prefer near the beach bars, restaurants and even a small Spar supermarket.
