Quand on est touriste en corse on recherche toujours une perle, un Lieu différent pour découvrir les spécialités et les secrets de corse. Ici c est le cas. Un éleveur et son épouse avec un magasin et restaurant/planche de charcuterie et fromages de leur production. Des porcs noirs élevés a la châtaigne dans le respect des plus pures traditions. On sent immédiatement que l'on a affaire à un producteur passionné, qui aime ses produits et sait transmettre son amour de la région. Une expérience humaine et gustative exceptionnelle. Passando abbiamo notato questo locale che sembra una grotta, con tanti salumi appesi e una cantina interessante. Abbiamo preso calici di rosso e un vassoio di formaggi e salumi tagliati al coltello. Il tutto viene servito con ottimo e abbondante pane e delle confetture. Il ragazzo ci ha raccontato che lui stesso si occupa della produzione dei salumi. Tutto delizioso e servizio top.
