We saw a car advertised and emailed late evening to enquire about a test drive. Very early the next morning we received a response, communications were very prompt and we test drove it the same day. The following week we collected our new car and the Gaetan at the garage handled everything very efficiently and did all the paperwork and registration for us. Excellent service - Julien was a great help choosing my new car, and taking into account all my requirements - I have now collected my brand new iX1 and am very pleased. The switch to full electric is surprisingly easy - especially with the onboard route planner AI, and the BMW Charging card service which is included for the first year. Having shopped around and test driven several major car brands, and switching from hybrid to full electric - I highly recommend it, and EdenAuto Agen have exceeded my expectations with their understanding and professionalism.

Worse than bad. I took my Mini in because of electrical problems. I thought with the “diagnostic” THEY would tell me something I didn’t already know. €200 later, all they did was write a list of new car parts I needed costing €2500. Of course if I replace half my car it is bound to work! There were no details about a particular wire or fuse messing with the electrics. Just replacing major car parts all over the car. But worse? When they gave my car back to me my back lights would not go off. Even when I took the keys out of the ignition and locked the car. The back lights were still on. I called them and they told me it was nothing to do with them whatsoever. That my car was old and if it wasn’t one thing it would be another. So my car was given an extra problem by BMW that it didn’t have before it went in. All they do is take your money and offerer no solutions unless you’re willing to pay an absolute fortune. I am not the only one. Everyone I know who has had Minis around here says that BMW is a disaster. Total thieves who take zero responsibility. They are bound to write a message below this one, exonerating themselves. All excuses, no service. P.S. my car ended up being fixed by a small garage in Terraube. NO new parts. It was a question of electricals and wires, which I told them. A 10th of the price quoted by BMW.

My English reg X3 was taken here after breaking down due to overheating. It needed some more work doing so added suspension, handbrake, oil sensor and leak on screen wash pipe to the list while it was here. 4 WEEKS they took to do the work. Always saying waiting for parts as an excuse. Would never give a date when it would be ready, even when they did, they didn't meet it. Their estimate of the bill was incorrect by a factor of over 2. When you phoned, no one in the workshop answers the phone to give information to the woman on the front desk. I hate to think it even but a Brit car goes to the back of the work list in this garage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IS MY EXPERIENCE
