We've done most of our lessons with this ski school. Our kids started when they were about 6 years old and we did a private class because there were 2 kids and 3 adults. We started in the bunny slopes. And after a couple of times, the kids continued with group classes. They split the group into local French speakers and international group for English speakers. They taught our kids to use the cable car. When there is an unforseen event, they actually let us reschedule without charging us more. I really appreciated this. Always book/call ahead and usually someone speaks English well enough.

A Ski lesson for my daughter (aged 6) on 8th of March at 10am. Only ONE instructor (0 helper) for 9 kids whom the instructor had not met before and who, on top of everything, belonged to two different ESI ski levels. The kids were made to sit in chairlift that are taller than their size - most of them had to jump or being pulled on to the chair, counting on the grownups of the same chairlift, who were total strangers, to look after them or rather not at all during the entire ascent. There were at times a huge distance between the instructor and the last kid coming down. Basically many kids were not in the eyesight of the instructor. They were also made to ski though a series of bumps whilst the coach himself used a different path behind trees. He therefore couldn't even see the kids doing those technical jumps. My daughter, unfortunately, fell over one of the bumps and hurt her right knee, triggering the fall of several kids behind her which points to an obvious lack of instruction and supervision on the safety distance between kids. When she dare tell the instructor once they were down to the station that her knee was in great pain. The only answer she got from him was : " you twisted your knee". There has never been even a simple "are you all right ?" addressed to my daughter. Instead, she was forced to finish two more rounds of descent in great pain. This was totally unnecessary because ESI had my phone number and I could have picked her up immediately since i was waiting at the café next to the slope. As a result, I had to brought my daughter to the "secourist" (a paid service that ESI somehow omitted to tell me) before being redirected to a doctor. She now will have to quit all sport activities for 10 days, wearing a knee support device every day. Our Sunday and last ski week are ruined but ESI remained satisfied about their class because basically "nothing was really broken". Come on why should anything be broken for a lesson designed for kids who are still

Horrible school, please close this already. They have too many kids at the same time, kids just stand there doing nothing. Staff doesn't really care to attend kids properly and only speaks French so if your kids don't speak French don't waste your time. This is more like baby sitting.

Our children finish up their fourth day of lessons tomorrow. Firstly, ESI has been flexible; we arrived late the first day and had to move groups a few times. They teach great basics and techniques, starting with the children’s garden on up. Even before we arrived, the team was very helpful setting us up over email (thank you, Claudia!). The instructors are a wonderful balance of fun and learning. Despite spending the first two days in pouring rain, my three children loved it. Thanks for everything!

The place is ok for kids to learn to ski although theres is a 10min walk from the parking to get there. However the way they treat customers is disgusting. Bad manners and no flexibility at all. I can't recommend it.

Merci beaucoup .
