Went for a hernia operation. Extremely well organised and very tentative medical professionals, always kept me informed and available to answer questions.
I had hand surgery here after a ski accident and from beginning to end, everything was amazing. From the first interaction with the receptionist, to the anaesthetist, the surgeon, the nurses. Everything. I would 100 % recommended this hospital.
I just returned home from the clinic and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I arrived around 3 PM with a shoulder injury (I fell two days ago and couldn’t move my right shoulder). Arriving, there were only a few patients present, I assumed the wait would be short. The first nurse who received me was kind and efficient, and after waiting for hours, I was finally called for the radiology exam and then told to wait again for the results. At that time, there were only about three patients in the waiting room. Two hours later, I was called into a consultation room(the box) and left alone for nearly an hour. I had to ask passing nurses multiple times whether I had been forgotten. They simply told me to keep waiting. I asked if it was possible to receive the X-ray results by email, they refused. Eventually, a man came in the box, he didn’t introduce himself or appear to have reviewed my file. He asked me why I was there, with no knowledge of my condition. I had to explain everything again. He briefly examined my shoulder and said, “I’ll give you something,” then left. A nurse came shortly afterward and handed me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory. I asked for the result, I was told that the X-ray couldn’t be printed on weekends and that I have to call for radiology Monday and would receive the results next week. Can you imagine? I asked them twice if it was possible to send me the results, and they refused!!!! After waiting six hours, I was told I would receive the results next week??? The I left without any results, proper diagnosis, or clear explanation. I felt ignored, disrespected, and completely let down. This level of care is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. 6 hours for anti-inflammatory????
With the exception of the two ladies at the front desk and at admissions I felt like I was with family. Everyone (except these three) were so friendly, so caring, so solicitous, so kind and very mindful of my well-being and comfort. When I say everyone I mean doctors, secretaries, nurses, orderlies, nurses’s aides….. It has been the best experience and makes me feel so confident for my future treatments and care. Thank you so much to these people. The three that I mentioned were completely professional and polite but they weren’t caring or friendly. I guess not everyone is. That’s okay.

I went to the emergency room after an accident working in my house. It seems to me that the emergency room is heavenly understaffed. Of course more serious patients get priority, but so many of us were waiting 6/7 hours or more today. Reading older reviews this is no exception, so that cannot be an excuse for these crazy delays. It's a joke especially for a private hospital.
First experience with this hospital: everything went fine thanks to good processes
We went in the evening of 28th Dec 2017 to the emergency ward with my dad who had an eye problem. 1. There were quite many people waiting and not enough seating. Patients were seating on the floor! 2. There was rubbish on the floor in the waiting area! 3. After almost 2h wait, the general practitioner spent about 2 minutes with my father and diagnosed a simple Conjunctivitis. Two days later we got a second opinion and the diagnose turned out to be completely wrong. Very bad experience.
