Trop trop trop de retard sur les lignes, tout le temps. L'appli envoi des notifications d'incident quasiment tout les jours : départ non effectué, incident technique.... Et comment le tram peut-il arriver à destination avec 10 min de retard !?!? Surtout sur un trajet à 6h du matin ! Il y a quasiment que lui dans les rue ! S'il vous plaît, j'en ai mare de courir pour pointer à l'heure alors que je prend un tram qui est censé me faire arriver 10 min en avance. On paie tout de même un service...

Das bezahsystem ist eine Kathastrophe. Habe die App installiert. Und bein eisteigen in den Bus wur mein gekauftes Ticket einfach nicht angezeigt. Beim Ticketschalter im Bahnhof kann man zwar im Hauptmenu die Sprache ändern, wenn mann aber auf weiter klickt ist sofort wieder alles auf französich. Es gibt auch keinen Mitarbeiter den man fragen könnte. für eine solche Stadt sehr tourismusunfreundlich.
