ALP SAVOYARD

We had a really lovely lunch at Le Savoyard in Chambéry and went for the menu du jour, which turned out to be a great choice. It started with a simple salad topped with warm goat cheese toast—fresh and very tasty. The hake was beautifully cooked, served with a light, delicate sauce and a nice mix of vegetables, including artichoke hearts. Everything felt well balanced and thoughtfully prepared. Dessert was a baked apple with applesauce and crumble—nothing complicated, just really good and comforting. Service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and easygoing without being over the top. With a glass of wine, the total was just under €45 for two, which felt more than fair for the quality. Definitely recommend if you’re in Chambéry—we’d happily go back. The food was absolutely amazing! I’d definitely recommend booking too as we’ve stayed in Chambery a few times on the drive back from ski trips and tried to get in here for food with no success until we booked. It’s definitely the best meal I’ve had in Chambery for sure!

We spent a very good night at Le Savoyard Restaurant. My wife and I went there for a romantic dinner and we both really enjoyed the ambience, the service and the food! All the waitress that served us were super nice and smiling, the smile these days is very rare so it was really pleasant. The food, well as you can see from my pictures, the presentation was already incredible, bit the taste was even better! All the dishes that we received was super tasty and very well executed. The best part was the dessert, the tartlette caramel-hazelnut!! OMG, how good it was! Make sure to leave some space for it at the end of your meal, it's a MUST!

First time eating this style of raclette, hopefully not the last. Hilarious to imagine a place in the US running extension cords across walkways to tabletop raclette machines (? - there’s gotta be some name forthe device I’m unaware of). And pitchets of the house vin blanc (I think it was Jacquere?) was the perfect way to wash it down. So fun and friendly!!

Restaurant serving French cuisine. Nice and tasty dishes. Large variety of local vines. Some of the staff speak good English and all of them are very friendly.

I was there one week ago and i ate very good food. I suggest to take their fonduta with mushrooms it was very tasty. I also strongly suggest their cake with Apple and biscuits, I come from Italy and i found a good kitchen here. Advanced

Good regional food, sizeable portions, reasonable prices, nice setting—> will come back next time I am in Chambéry

Very efficient and good service. 16 euros lunch set with 3 courses. Very decent amount of portions at the same time tastes good. Although this economical Price fix lunch has only one option per course they do have other price fix menus to chose from at a higher premium. 2x euros. Would come again for both lunch or dinner.
