The customer service for moving my contract was excellent. She was patient and helpful. She explained more than once if I wasn't entirely certain. Great experience overall.

For the moment I don't have any issue with their service at home but is true that if you don't speak French there is no way to communicate with them, we are at France I know but in France you have a lot of international people that doesn't speak French, specially the ones that just arrive to the country and need to subscribe ES service. Reconsider this non policy and evolve with people who at least speak English (The global international language)

The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Rude. Employees are not interested in helping in any way, unless you are French
