This place is spectacular. The Chef and the Service were special. The menu was price fix. My wife and i shared all the items. Everything was delicious. The pigeon and snails were especially good. The flavor combinations were unique and delicious.

LE'CUSSON serves artisan local ingredients fresh French cuisine. Snails were perfectly al dente cooked. The room temperature parsley sauce counterbalances with the warm juicy savory snails. Steak was tender and matches perfectly with its sauce. The bright, tangy flavor of the red cabbage offers a refreshing contrast to the deep, savory flavor of the steak.

Been here for a quick lunch. Service was very good and fast. Knowledgable staffs with proper table service. We went with a 3 course lunch menu, each dish were of top quality and extraordinary flavours in the cuisine. They also offer a wide selections of Burgundy wines to pair with different dishes. Highly recommended and definitely need to reserve in advance!
Delicious food very well presented by this talented chef. Great service and wine. The restaurant is contemporary and spotlessly clean. Overall, I would award it four and a half stars. Only deduction of half a star is nothing about the food, it’s for the artificial flower arrangements, which detract from the excellent standard of everything else about this restaurant.
The food was very delicious and savory, fresh and not too heavy. The cheese course was also very good. The ambience was very relaxed and peaceful. Highly recommended.
Just a short walk from the town center, the restaurant has a beautiful patio outside and an elegant interior. Each dish was well presented and executed and very balanced in flavor and texture. I am usually not one to rave about the dessert but I had their ice cream made from Epoisses, a local pungent soft cheese, and really enjoyed it. Both gentlemen serving us were very attentive and one of them spent some time chatting with us about travels to Japan. Overall we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend them if you are in the Beaune area.
