We had a lovely stay at the resort. The GM was supremely friendly and kept everyone energised. From the seamless late night check-in to the warm goodbye, our stay was fabulous.||Special thanks to Romain, Teo and Aneek. Great ski instructors, with so much patience. ||The reception staff were warm and friendly and went out of their way to make a birthday in our party special. ||||Only request would be for clearer itinerary for the teens club, so we can promote it to them better. The laser quest was a highlight.||Our only negative was when the teens were mixed with adults in the lessons. The female adults weren’t particularly nice to them and it put them off returning to the lessons. Out of the instructors hands, but maybe more consideration should be given to mixing cautious older skiers with fun teens. Fortunately they are strong enough skiers and enjoyed time with the parents skiing instead.

Although it has been recently renovated, the rooms are not the best. But let's be fair, the price isn't very high so it is totally fair for what we paid. The staff was extremely friendly, above expectations. Really pleased with the staff. I was a bit disappointed by the food, it was ok but not as good as other club med. But a lot of choice as usual. The mini club staff was also perfect and the events for kids and adults very well organized. Finally the location is very good and if you have a ski instructor from ESF or any private school like Oxygene etc. they can come pick you up right by the ski room. Recommended particularly with a fair pricing for club med. Little bonus is the road to get there is gorgeous!

We stayed at **Club Med Serre Chevalier** from 8–15 February, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The resort has been completely renovated, and it shows. Everything feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. A real transformation.||The village is perfectly sized: not overwhelming, not too big or small. Everything is easy, restaurants, bar, theatre, gym, spa, ski room, all close by and incredibly comfortable. It makes the whole stay feel relaxed and effortless, exactly what a ski holiday should be.||What truly touched us and made this stay exceptional was **Pierre-Jean, the General Manager (Chef de Village). I have stayed in many Club Med resorts over the years, but I have *never* encountered someone like him. Always present, always smiling, full of energy, and genuinely caring. You could feel his passion everywhere, it sets the tone for the entire resort. Simply outstanding.||A big thank you as well to **Chris at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude made everything run smoothly from start to finish.||The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the ski area is fantastic, and the surrounding village is charming and absolutely worth exploring.||A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. This is Club Med at its very best. Thanks for a great week.

First clubmed experience as an adult and it spoilt me. Went as a solo traveller and as I booked the flights through clubmed, the pick up and transport was seamless (though be aware there is a fair amount of waiting as the bus waits for people from a few flights) Staff at the resort were so friendly and everything in the resort was like brand new. Lessons were great, did snowboarding level 3 and I think in this group we were playing and laughing more than we were aggressively riding - not complaining, it was fun. Food and drinks were very decent, ate probably too much. I found a crawling bug under my made up sheets one day, and I wanted to swim but was put off when someone reported the water was cold - apart from these I have no complaints. The ski to door convenience, unlimited food, comfortable rooms and included classes were more than enough to make up for it!

Our stay at Club Med Serre Chevalier was absolutely outstanding! From the very beginning, Pierre Jean and his incredible team , including Marie, Simon, Lenny, Valentin, Pauline, and Brieuc from the boutique, just to name a few, were attentive, engaging, and positive, always anticipating our needs and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more phenomenal team. Every aspect of our stay, from the food, ambience, and rooms, to the service, ESF tour guides, and entertainment, exceeded our expectations. We loved every moment and already miss it! We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to create even more wonderful memories.

An exceptionally well run property. Jean Pierre is an amazing chef the village - positive, energetic, always there to help. We had a wonderful time at the resort despite it being one of their most busy weeks of the year - the staff works like clockwork and always with a smile, rooms are comfortable, buffet is small but has all you need, the bar and entertainment are great. Special shout out to Xavier and Saufienne at the restaurant. Would highly recommend - truly exceeded my expectations. The only improvement point would be to enable the resort doctor/ nurse to dispense basic prescriptions to save a trip to the medical centre. On the plus side it’s amazing to have a nurse / doctor on site to start with.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. This is an amazing place with a perfect team that truly cares about the guests. ​A special mention must go to the manager, Pierre. He is honestly the best hotel manager you could ask for—attentive, professional, and ensures everything runs like clockwork. ​Why we loved it: ​Dining: An abundance of delicious food. ​Service: Truly uncompromising standards; we felt well taken care of throughout. ​Facilities: The hotel is spotlessly clean and excellently maintained. ​Skiing: Very easy and convenient access to the slopes. ​Families: The Kids' Club is managed and maintained at the highest level, which made a huge difference for us. ​We more than recommend this hotel—it’s a 10/10 experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Club Med Serre Chevalier. All the GOs were great, especially the resort manager Pierre Jean. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable from the start. There were fun shows and activities every day, which we looked forward to. The ski shop was very professional and all the equipment was new, which was a nice surprise. The ski room was always clean and dry, so getting ready each day was easy. The food was excellent with lots of choices, and the free flow beer was definitely a bonus for my partner. I also tried the Payot facial and it was amazing. The massage was so relaxing that I didn’t want it to end. The ski lessons were really good for beginners. Stephen and Julien were patient, encouraging, and made sure we felt at ease, especially since I am not the fastest learner. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily come back again.
