Overall experience was good. However I have received an email after checking out that the hotel wanted to charge me for a breakfast I didn’t have. Therefore I had to communicate with the team and they corrected the mistake. One evening when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed the door was open. It had probably been left behind after cleaning, but there was nothing missing from my room.

Stated 3 days, 2 nights. Location close to major roads, airport and football stadium. Nowhere to walk really or see and breakfast is only served to 930 which tells you this hotel is more for business not leisure travellers. |Rooms good. Well set out and furniture good. AC worked well and large walk in shower. ||Staff fine and hotel clean and comfortable. Only gripe, all TV stations are in French!!||Overall a fine stay but only good for the odd nights you are passing by.

It's a quiet hotel with lots of light in the lobby and restaurant areas. The room was comfortable.

The room was clean, big, and wifi was fantastic. Great to work in. However during nighttime, every 10 minutes you could hear a sound like a coffee machine that lasted for about 5 seconds. I can sleep through it, but it was annoying. Insulation from outdoors could be better as well.

In theory a very nice hotel, well designed. Great bed, nice bathroom. Charging station for the car! But a couple of very disturbing things. You cannot mute or turn down the airconditioning and it makes a hell of a noise. The second remark is about the dinner. My wife order a tuna salad, and the menu said "tartare", in our understanding this is raw tuna, but the waitress insisted it is cooked. What came out of the kitchen was of course what we thought. An attempt was made to bake the raw tuna but the end result was a very poor salad (for a very high price). No we were not happy about this stay.

Won’t be staying at any Mercure hotel anymore… the fridge in the room doesn’t work and the room itself is cold (thermostat does nothing). And the staff doesn’t seem to really care

Nice hotel with a quite large lobby with sofas and games and a bar.

I spent one night at a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and smooth service. The stay was short but relaxing, and I would return again.
