Pros: parking right on the place, I think I have no more positives to say... Cons: monument is closed in the evening, you can see it just from back side, I do not understand why... everywhere is trash, crude smell, we saw even some homeless people under it, this is a shame for us to not take care about place like this, people are interested more about shopping centers that about their lives...
Unfortunately it was closed. And it looks like it's been closed for a while. Very sad how France forgot its saint...
Beautiful place 🤩 But I was disappointed when I saw that the monument is actually gated and we could not see what we came for 😒
The monument is actually partially gated, so there's no way to actually see it from the front.
Monument was chained closed on a Tuesday and not possible to access the monument front
Very impressive monument and church. It was much cooler on the hill compared to 35 degrees in Rouen. An oasis of peace. No one else up there. Good view of city.
The actual monument is blocked off by a fence so you can only see her back and their is no view.
If you are up visiting the Panorama of Rouen this isn't far.. Especially with a car.
