Great service from booking to picking up the car to returning the car. Very easy process, no waiting time, the car was ready for us immediately. We were super satisfied and therefore gladly recommend it to others.

We rented a car from ideal-car.fr for a week for our stay in March in Guadeloupe. It was a newer Seat Ibiza, clean and with a full gas tank. We called as soon as the plane landed and setup the meeting point in the airport parking with Mme Bezombes. She speaks a little English and gave us detailed instructions and helpful tips about Guadeloupe. We had to return the car at 6:00 AM, as our flight was early. We just dropped the car in the airport parking and sent a text message to Mme Bezombes. She confirmed later on, by SMS, that everything was OK with the car. Please note that you have to clean up the car yourself otherwise there's a 30 EUR cleaning fee. I highly recommend Ideal Car and we'd definitely rent from them again.

If you come with your boat to the marina this is the best car rental. Close, and they will meet you at the marina as well. Good car and affordable.

Le retour c'est bien fait de la même façon dans le parking de l aéroports. Les prix sont très compétitif. demandé une cotation et vous verrez !. Merci Alexandra et a la prochaine.

Nous avons loué une Kona pour 12 jours. C'était parfait ! Voiture agréable à conduire. Récupérée et restituée directement à l'aéroport, sans attente. Caution remise directement lors du départ. Je recommande !

Très bon accueil et retour facile. Voiture en état correct. Bon échange avec le loueur. Je recommande. Nous avons loué une Kona et c'est bien le véhicule reçu. Réception à l'aéroport et retour au port maritime sans supplément.

Je recommande sans hésiter. Au démarrage j'avoue, j'ai un peu stressé, un contrat envoyé par mail, très rapidement, sans versement d'acompte. Mais vous pouvez faire confiance à 100%. Très réactive dans les échanges. Récupération et restitution directement à l'aéroport, sans attente. Récupération de la caution sans difficulté, sans chichi sans rien, vraiment au top. Le personnel est très sympa, ils nous ont aidés à déposer les valises dans la voiture. La Kona est bien pratique, surtout niveau motorisation, ça monte en Guadeloupe ! Prix très correcte, allez y !
