A small slice of paradise Over a long lifetime of luxury travel we have been fortunate to stay in some of the world’s best hotels. Domaine Les Martins surpasses them all for warmth, tranquility and its welcoming atmosphere. Founded in 2016 by two retired New York executives it is beautifully designed, manicured perfection. The seven rooms are simple but luxuriously appointed. Breakfasts are sumptuous as are the delightful weekly communal dinners featuring wonderful local chefs. A romantic dinner for two under the fig tree is available once per stay. Gordes is 10 minutes away and the most beautiful Provençal villages are close by. We stayed a week and were sorry that it wasn’t longer. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Domaine Les Martins for our elopement, and it was nothing short of magical. From the very first emails, David and Regis were incredibly warm and attentive. We told them we would be eloping, and they were genuinely excited for us and so accommodating from the outset. The grounds and accommodation are absolutely stunning. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with so many peaceful spots to sit and relax. A standout feature is the long central walkway lined with lavender - it feels straight out of a dream. Our suite was idyllic. Beautifully decorated, complete with a grand piano, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The sheets were divine. Opening the windows to views of the gardens with the mountains in the distance was pure bliss. Domaine Les Martins hosts a weekly dinner for guests in the garden beneath their magnificent fig tree. Because it’s a boutique property, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxed - a lovely way to meet other guests. By chance, the dinner fell on the night we arrived. We were travelling from Australia, arrived a little dishevelled, and had managed to get lost and run late. Regis immediately put us at ease, telling us to forget about check in and just go to our room and freshen up - something we appreciated so much. When we joined the dinner, drinks were waiting for us, and we were able to relax straight away. The dinner itself was wonderful and paired with their own wine, produced just down the road at a local winery. David and Regis truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. They helped us find the perfect location for our vows, kindly allowed our photographer and videographer to film within the grounds (without disturbing other guests) and even made a reservation at a nearby restaurant so we could enjoy a glass of champagne after our ceremony. From the moment the gate opens onto the lush and fragrant gardens you are transformed. Each step within the property is another step into a world of tranquility, beauty, inspiration, and love. I felt so lucky to be here the entire time. David and Regis are excellent hosts. They make you feel special at every turn. The hotel is personalized and breathtaking. Its a destination all to itself and once you've been, you cant wait to return.

David and Regis were exceptional hosts and their home is a dream - we had a great stay. Everything was so well thought through and designed, from the weekly guest dinners, to the little trinkets in the rooms, recommendation books and room layouts. We hope to visit again soon.

David & Regis are delightful hosts who have created a dream with meticulous attention to detail in this space. Providing wonderful recommendations on activities about the surrounding areas. We had a great time staying at DLM. The place let us fully experience the Provence vibe. Regis and David are very attentive and my husband and I were inspired by their story of building this place. Highly recommend this place to stay if you happen to explore the nearby towns.

This is truly a 5 star level stunning property in the heart of Provence. The Owners have meticulously decorated each room to a delightful decor and the property is staged inside a brilliantly landscaped lush garden.|It is quiet and very cozy.
