LA CLIMERIE.

Igor is the best technician for anything related to the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of your air conditioning system. He just helped me install two Panasonic splits that I purchased online, which I would rather not do if I knew Air Clim CF earlier. He chose the best place my exterior units which are now hidden in the shades of the balconies above. Plus, it allows me to have the entire balconies with no “obstacles”. Though the work is super demanding and challenging, Igor did an excellent job and go beyond that. He detected abnormal noise with one of my exterior units. He adjusted a few times the support and the position of tubes, and finally identified a problem from inside the unit, he opened twice the unit to do a thorough check and fix the loose screws. I’m fully satisfied with the results. A millions thanks Igor!

Malheureusement a fuir !!! Tres mauvaise expérience Personne malhonnête quand on refuse ses avances. Il ma fourni une unité extérieure reconditionné je n'étais pas d'accord, il me l'a imposé. Je me suis dis bon ok, il sait peut être de quoi il parle. 2 ans après je me retrouve avec une grosse panne, je lui dis qu il y a un problème, il me dit que tout va bien. Je le relance une multitude de fois mais igor, tout ce qui l interesse c'est savoir ou il doit m embrasser une pure honte !!!! Lui refusant ses avances il fait le mort et avant ca multiplie par 3 la facture sans même avoir réparé l'unité. Donc il est dans le chantage, l'ego, et en plus la malhonnêteté. Je ne recommande vraiment pas. Je lui ai laissé pleins de chance, mais tout ce qui l importait c était de payer sans même avoir réparer. Voilà que je me retrouve vraiment dans la m.... Merci infiniment bravo !!!! J'attends qu il me repare ma clim avant de supprimer ce commentaire

Franchement inacceptable. Deux rendez-vous fixés, deux fois où personne ne se présente et aucun avertissement. C’est un manque total de sérieux et de considération pour les clients. Je déconseille fortement ce service.
