We came to the ferry/ barge with our rental car from the airport. We we lucky enough to get in the line near the entrance. If you have a car and see a line of cars forming in the street, that is the queue to get in the ferry. We paid nothing to get to the big island.
Bad organizatuon kf the overall transport system. A critical review is needed to avoid to wait hours and hours to took the "barge"
