I feel that the accommodation could do with a complete refurbishment. The rooms are very tired and dated.|The price is good, but you are getting what you pay for..!

We booked here because it said there was a restaurant. This is a soulless room for breakfast only. Felt cheated.

Do not jusge this hotel on the first impression - faded stairs, damp carpet in the outside corridors, etc. Well, it maybe this hotel has seen better times, but you will get more than what you see. The rooms are immaculately clean, showers are brand new, the staff is very kind and attentive (they respect all Covid rules). Breakfast is rich, varied and freshly prepared. Dinner is without thrills, but honest and tasty. More than what you can expect for what they offer - excellent value for money!

This hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, with the atmosphere to accompany it. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and the shutters on the windows rattled all night in the wind. We were able to hear every detail of conversations in the hotel carpark, as the hotel was laid out in motel style and all the rooms faced the exterior. It was therefore also not ideal for families as it did not feel secure. Normal hotels where there is a central reception and rooms that open into a corridor in the building fell much safer especially for families with children. The reception for this place is in a separate building. In summary, this place is awful. I have never left a one star review before but you should know what this place offers. You’d probably get a better night’s sleep in your parked car.

Restaurant part is actually really good. Nice buffets for breakfast and deserts. Good food. The rooms are simple and clean. Nothing special, a bit dated. The hotel is extremely noisy. Every sound, like walking and talking is heard in other rooms. Toilet flushes, showering people. No options for family rooms. Had to hire two rooms for two adults and our son.

We visited tis Campanile on our way down to the Alps and our initial impression was that it was looking rather 'tired' and neglected and certainly in need of a lick of paint. We have used Campaniles in the past and were, in our opinion the best of the overnight stay hotels. We were greeted warmly and later took an evening meal in the rather functional restaurant - there were no cosy areas. The food was very good as was the breakfast the following morning when the chef made an extra effort to cook fresh bacon and eggs for us. The room itself was comfortable however the provision of tea and coffee was very limited and they used to provide biscuits which they no longer do.|Our departure was a pleasant one with a friendly onward journey message from the staff.|

This is great value for a convenient stopover on the way from the UK to the French Alps as it is very close to the motorway and pretty easy to find.||||It isn't romantic in any way! Rooms are clean and perfectly comfortable but somewhat cell like. Perfectly good for a stopover but I wouldn't ant to spend a week here! There is a convenient restaurant on site with a decent selection of food, or of course you could drive into the pretty town of Dole.||||The staff are lovely.

Photographs are old, exterior now looking very tired. Middle of an industrial estate but rooms clean. If you really need it, it will do.
