Ecosphere is a marketing company with almost no technical expertise or knowledge of how admin things work in Luxembourg, once the payment is done there is no customer service at all, their technical installation guys are not responsive at all, the sales guy has blocked my phone number, he never answers my calls. Really horrible experience working with this company. Unless you don’t care of customer service stay away from them. I have spent almost 30k with the company and feel completely disappointed.

We are trying to contact them for months now as we have a technical problem and we are still under warranty. No answer at all, every time I call they say they will send someone and absolutely no action.

We have been waiting since August for Ecosphere to resolve an issue with our heating system, and we are now in December with no solution in sight. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, each technician they send arrives without a clear understanding of the problem. Every visit ends with the same explanation — that a new part needs to be ordered — and this has happened three times already. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of coordination and urgency. During the coldest months of the year, having no functioning heating system is unacceptable, and the ongoing delays have caused us significant discomfort. We expected a more competent and organised service from a company in this field. I’m sharing this experience so others are aware before choosing them. I truly hope Ecosphere improves their communication and professionalism, because no customer should have to go through months of unresolved issues like we did.
